Social Media Risk Management (4 hours) : Enterprise Risk/Compliance Management • What are the risks of social media for your organisation? ◦ What is the risk of using social media for your organisation – or of NOT using social media in this new age. • Protecting your copyright and intellectual property • Managing staff behaviour on social media platforms • Social Media and IT : What are the security risks and how can they be prevented? • Developing a social media policy for your organisation • Developing of a social media implementation plan • Outcome : Attendees will have by the end of the session a social media policy for their organisation and a social media implementation plan. Implementing a Social Media Strategy (4 hours) • Managing your organisation's marketing message and identity • Aligning social media with organisation objectives • Development of a social media strategy for your organisation • Resources required for social media implementation • Who should be in your social media team : Roles and responsibilities for implementing a social media strategy • Measuring Return on Investment and managing objectives • Outcome : By the end of the session attendees will have a social media strategy for their organisation which is mapped to organisational objectives. Attendees will also have a “tool box” of social media monitoring tools to measure ROI of social media.
