TA-Compact-P TA-Compact-T Clever design and high reliability TA-Compact-P is a pressure independent balancing and control valve with unique diagnostic features to correctly set a pump and achieve ultimate energy savings with highly reliable system operation. High flow capacity makes the valve universal and flexible for use in heating and cooling applications. Very low pressure drop decreases operating costs and minimizes pump head. A smart body with uni-directional access to all functions allows the parallel installation of two valves in small fan-coil units. The main parts of the valve are made from TA’s dezincification resistant alloy AMETAL® and stainless steel to guarantee long life and reliable operation without additional service costs
The right return temperature in cooling installations TA-COMPACT-T is the only ON-OFF control valve with a return temperature controller for cooling applications with variable flow. It is an ideal solution for current systems suffering from low return temperature. TA-COMPACT-T is designed to be used in the return pipe. Easy and direct temperature setting of the return temperature has an immediate positive effect on global return temperature and energy efficiency of a cooling system. Correct return temperature from terminal units limits over flows and saves energy. Variable flow systems with two-way On-Off control valves are usually unable to guarantee an accurate return temperature from terminal units. This can be due to a number of reasons including: > Over flows caused by hydraulic interactivity between terminal units as a result of differential pressure changes > A low thermostat setting which results in continuously open valves > A lack of accurate hydronic balancing > Dirty air filters which can decrease cool transfer > A low supply temperature to compensate hydronic compatibility between production and distribution side decreases also return temperature
TA-COMPACT-T is On-Off control valve modulating flow according to pre-set return temperature to achieve designed temperature difference. DN 15-25 Temperature range: 8-18C
Lifebuoy for your cooling system and expenses
Precise hydronic balancing TA-COMPACT-P works as control valve and balancing valve with flow limiter. Maximal flow is freely adjustable. The fully open valve keeps flow through the terminal unit constant according to the pre-set maximum value. As a result, overflows are limited which improves return temperature, increases boiler/ chiller efficiency and saves electrical pumping energy. A well-balanced heating or cooling system can provide optimal temperature comfort with energy savings by up to 35% while investment in balancing solutions represents approx. 2-3% of the overall costs of installation.
> Ensures requested return temperature from terminal units > Eliminates over flows by means of controlling return temperature > Increases energy efficiency of entire cooling system > Helps to protect chillers against low return temperature
TA-Pilot-R Little giant. In the smallest body the greatest abilities
Absolute control
The TA-PILOT-R is a high performance differential pressure controller operated by Pilot technology designed to keep a stable differential pressure over the load.
TA-COMPACT-P is the only PIBCV on the market able to diagnose system by measuring: > flow > pressure drop > temperature > available differential pressure > power
With unrivaled accuracy TA-PILOT-R assists in delivering accurate and stable conditions to provide superior control valve authority for modulating control valves, additionally it can limit noise and simplify the balancing procedure.
Diagnostics is important for quick and cost-effective troubleshooting of possible system failures. Only measuring provides clear evidence of real system performance and helps to adjust all system components to reach the highest energy efficiency.
The PILOT technology delivers unrivaled accuracy and stable pressure control > Weight was decreased by 80% in comparison to standard controllers with big springs and membranes > The valve is 2 times smaller and can be installed anywhere > The installation is 2 times faster and cheaper > Unique measuring capabilities

Optimum control of underfloor heating systems thanks to the Dynacon manifold with automatic flow regulation Dynacon, a manifold for underfloor heating systems, with integrated automatic flow regulators, allows for much simpler regulation compared to traditional technologies. The Dynacon technology aims at controlling flow rather than limiting a maximum flow rate. With Dynacon, hydraulic balancing is automatically attained, without ever exceeding a preset flow value (l/h). In such a way, it is possible to independently regulate individual heating circuits and reach the desired flow rate in individual rooms.
The advantages: > Automatic hydraulic balancing without complex calculations > Control cartridge ensures constant flow rate > Easy to install > Flow is easily adapted to given heating loads > Optimum temperature distribution > Increased comfort thanks to balanced heat distribution > Energy efficiency > No complaints from residents and owners
Installation options are freely configurable, with the use of a single thermostatic valve. The set is available in a straight or angle form for Rp ½ and G fittings. The thermostatic insert and shut-off insert (with drain) are interchangeable. Thanks to a standard centre-to-centre distance between pipe connections (50mm) the Multilux 4-A-Set can also be retrofitted into many already existing radiator systems. In addition to the thermostatic valve, the set also includes white or chrome covers and the popular Heimeier DX thermostatic head.
