1. Always follow your tour operator guidance. 2. Carry with you at all times details mentioning your name, age, blood group, and phone no of your dear ones to contact in case of any emergency. 3. Do not accept food from strangers while travelling. 4. Don't leave your baggage unattended. 5. Do not keep your valuables unattended during your stay at the beach, hotel and resort. 6. Please do not smoke, litter, in public places as the same is banned at all places of public use. 7. Beware of touts at most tourist spots. 8. Your passport, money, must be kept in a safe hand or at your hotel reception please does not keep them in the custody of undesirable person in case of loss report to the nearest police station. 9. Always care for your co passengers. 10. Always carry medicine, for your ailments and it is better to consult by your doctor prior to departure. 11. Use mosquito repellents during night stay. 12. The seas are often rough on certain beaches especially in monsoons do not venture into the sea before consulting the lifeguard. 13. Do not use, possession & trade of drugs it is totally illegal and there is no bail for the same. 14. Articles made from protected species of animal are banned do not attempt to buy 15. General information:
1. To organize any of the tour of your choice we require a minimum of 45 students 2. One staff member will be complimentary for every 10 paid students 3. Kindly check complimentary ratio of accompanying staff before confirming the resorts packages 4. For a group of 40 & 35 students the tour cost will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively 5. During resorts tour outdoor entertainment activities will be arranged by an event organizer on request with additional charges 6. During water games use of proper swim costume (nylon/synthetic material) is mandatory 7. We request to kindly take care of your belongings, for any loss management will not be held responsible 8. Participants must follow the tour guidelines given by the tour manager 9. Taxes will be extra as per government rules 10. All cheques/dd should be drawn in favour of “NATURE HOLIDAYS” 11. In case of any medical eventualities we will provide first aid & assistance to reach nearest hospital.
Amendments:
After the initial booking and confirmation of services by us for you, in the event of any amendment you wish to make such as change of destination change of departure date addition or deletion of services change in passenger numbers or such other change you will need to make a written request and obtain an acknowledgment on the same from our office. The amendments may invite further cost which will have to borne by you. Further such requests are accepted by us subject to availability of necessary time ahead of departure as also availability of seats and rooms. In customized holidays usually all transfers and sightseeing tours are provided by seat-in-coach (SIC) basis. SIC are seats in coach on a shared basis and operate at specific time. However passengers can pay additional and upgrade their transfers / sightseeing on private basis which are provided in a combi van
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your tour booking for any reason you must intimate the same in writing to us either mail/fax and the letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled along with the reason for cancellation. The cancellations are effective only from the time the written request reached the company. Cancellation will not be considered orally or over the phone. In case of cancellation the following cancellation charges would apply 30 days prior to the departure of the tour

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender: Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy. Train tickets cancellations will follow the railway’s policy. Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. We do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Postponement:
If any circumstances occur to postpone/prepone the tour by you an additional 25% of postponement charges will be levied above the tour cost
Our liabilities & limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/ service cost, if there are any hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Terms and Conditions
• Package valid only for Indian nationals. • Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability. • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. • The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, & Ration Card. . Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. • All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills. • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed. • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs. • Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost. • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Via.com will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. • In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided. • Nature Holidays. Reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
