Good manners

It is important to always have good manners, especially if you expect someone to help you. Read the two parts about the lady at the police station. Make a tick or a cross in the block where people show good manners.

Lady: You must help me! Police of±cer: What is it? Lady: Someone broke into my car and you must send someone immediately to catch the thieves! Police of±cer: We will send someone as soon as we have your statement. Lady: You must send someone immediately! I do not have time for this!

Lady: Good morning, of±cer. Police of±cer: Good morning, how may I help you? Lady: Someone broke into my car and I would like to open a case so the thieves can be found and arrested. Police of±cer: Please complete this form so we can get the investigation underway. Lady: Thank you very much!
