Social media has made this transgression a lot easier. You will also be advised to look for websites with quality content with a high page rank that is very relevant in Google's eyes. To be honest, when blog commenting, don't assume that your comments will get accepted, It is under the website owner's discretion to accept your comments or not. There are countless options when it comes to getting free backlinks. I must admit, It is not really hard to get free backlinks from other sites, forums or blogs.
