How to Make $1500 a Month or More Online In Almost Any Niche
I recently received a question from a subscriber asking “What’s the best way to make $1500 a month online?” I thought it was a good question since a lot of people who attempt to make money online are overwhelmed by all the different possibilities, opportunities and shiny objects. The answer to how to make $1500+ online is not a short one. Regardless of anything you may have heard or read, there is no quick and fast method to making a steady online income. Don’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise. There are a lot of different methods out there and all the ones that actually make money require work, focus and dedication. SO LETS GET TO IT! How DO YOU start making money online?
The first step is to pick your niche. If the niche you pick is very broad, then pick a specific area or topic in the niche and focus on becoming an authority in that sub-niche. You can even narrow it down to be very specific, like instead of “Social Media Marketing” (which is still a massive sub-niche of digital marketing) you can even narrow your sub-niche down to “LinkedIn Marketing” or “Facebook Marketing” and you can get even more specific “B2B Marketing on FB” or “Facebook Apps” It’s best if you pick something you know well and are passionate about, because then, doing all the grunt work won’t seem so tedious.

Check out some of our blog posts about how to pick your niche: Don’t Pick A Niche Because Someone Told You To Easy Niche Research Checklist How to Know if Your Niche is Profitable Once you pick a niche, there are a lot of different ways to monetize to make money.
Now onto the good stuff!
How to make money in your niche.
I. Create and sell products either on your own website or on an affiliate site (or both). The easiest, cheapest and most common product to make is an info product. What’s involved in making an info product? Lots of research! Think about something you’re good at and could teach people or help people with (must be a demand for it). Think of a main topic for your course based on the biggest need your target audience will have, then write an outline with main topics and supporting ideas (lectures). Research, and find what people struggle with the most, or something they would like to learn or accomplish and then create a solution. Come up with a name for your product, get some graphics made for it (you can get some cheap stuff on fiverr ) Create slides and record training videos. Then, package it all up nicely and you’ve got a product to sell! This “solution for their problem” doesn’t have to be a training/info product, it can also be a software, app, membership program, coaching program, or anything that could help people accomplish their goals or make life easier/cheaper/more productive/more entertaining. We teach from A-Z how to create and sell your own info products in Breakthrough Rebel Profits. If you’re not ready to commit to something like BRP, then you can check out our blog posts on the topic Product Creation Done Backwards The Case Against Product Creation – Analysis Simple Product Creation Research Methods Awesome Product Ideas Made Simple
II. Build a blog/review site and monetize with your products, Adsense or affiliate offers. Blogs are a great way to market your own products, and review sites are good if you are going to monetize with affiliate offers. It takes a lot of work building a good blog or website, and if you’re in need of a guide on how to create an authority blog, then check out our free Authority Blog Cheat Sheet. websites and blogs and never worry about hosting. Once you have picked your niche and started your blog, you’re going to need about 20 blog posts and some traffic before Google Adsense will approve your website for displaying ads. Niche selection for adsense blogs is a bit different from niche selection for info products. If you’re interested in learning how to do niche selection for Google Adsense, just leave a comment on this blog post to motivate me to do a video about it. You can also find affiliate products for almost any niche that you can promote on sites like clickbank, and you can check out Rakuten as well. If you are going to sell your own products on your blog or website then you’ll need to learn how to write effective sales copy to get people to purchase. You can learn all about how to be an expert sales copy writer here .
III. Create a lead magnet related to the niche and get potential clients on your email list, and into your sales funnel, to market your own products and related affiliate products. A “lead magnet” is just something that you’ll use to get people to subscribe to your email list. Your sales funnel is what happens after the person opts in to receive your lead magnet. A lot of work goes into a good funnel, and to make the most out of your paid traffic, you want to make sure you have a solid lead magnet, landing page (the web page where you offer your lead magnet in exchange for an email address), and follow up email series. And as a reward for reading this far, here is a look into my “brain” at what a profitable email sales funnel looks like. By the way, I made that mind-map with TheBrain.com , it’s free and a tool I use a lot to help keep different ideas and projects organized If you want to see some of the tools and services we use for our funnels, then check this post out.
IV. Become Known as an Expert in your Niche. Create a social media presence in the niche (for website traffic, brand exposure, and marketing). Once you become known as an expert in your niche, you’ll be able to focus on some high-ticket offers like offering consulting or private coaching/training. One of my friends decided to focus JUST on becoming known for being a LinkedIn specialist, and everything she did online was somehow related to LinkedIn. Every blog post, YT video, FB post, Udemy course, etc… EVERYTHING was about LinkedIn. After a year of focusing ONLY on creating content and training related to LinkedIn Marketing, she started to get a reputation for being a LinkedIn Specialist, and started landing some nice contracts. V. Get Traffic to your blog posts, squeeze pages, social media pages, offers, etc. You can have the best offers, and best content ever, but with no traffic, its all worthless. It doesn’t matter what method for making money online you pick, you need traffic. There are a lot of different ways to get traffic, both free and paid but the type of traffic you use, will depend a lot on your niche. We have a TON of content on our blog about how to get traffic but the best way to get started with learning about traffic is with these three, inexpensive courses (includes video training, cheat sheets, templates, and more) Simple Website Traffic Generation Strategies , YouTube Marketing and Retargeting ,and Complete Remarketing and Retargeting Ads Masterclass And you can also check out my video on a solid 7 Step Strategy for Traffic and Conversions _____
$1500 a month online is possible, if you stay focused and dedicated
Making money online takes a lot of work and a die-hard spirit. Which brings me to the next very important element for making money online…attitude. A MISTAKE is only a FAILURE if no lesson was learned and no further action is taken. I’ve made a whole lot of mistakes as an online entrepreneur, but in my mind, I’ve never had any failures, because every dollar and hour spent on mistakes was an investment in a learning experience. The most expensive lesson I had to learn was to stop chasing shiny objects .
So, to sum up: FIRST, find a niche you want to focus on, make sure its not too broad of a topic to become an authority on. SECOND, write down a strategy and plan of action for how you’ll become an authority and how you’ll monetize your content. Write down what actions you’ll take and what the expected results will be. Make your action plan something realistic. THIRD Take a whole lot of action. If your results aren’t what you expected, then sit down and analyze what you think went wrong and take action on the conclusion. In Breakthrough Rebel Profits we cover things so that regardless of your niche, you’ll still be able to get good ideas and strategies for everything related to growing your online authority and making money online. We also help you with your strategy and use our years of experience and combined knowledge to make sure you are focusing only on what is beneficial and profitable.
