JIANG TIEFENG ABOUT THE ARTIST

JIANG TIEFENG (1938) Jiang is one of the most famous and collectible Chinese artist in over 700 years. He was born in China in 1938, and worked under the famous Chinese Artist Huang Yongyu. Jiang learned about the legendary Dun Huang Caves, which to this day have a series of fantastical painting created during 300 to 1000 A.D. These ancient images of warriors, kings and people from all walks of life, became the inspiration for Jiang’s signature style. Due to the discouraging any individual artistic expression by the Chinese Communist Regime, Jiang had to perfect his craft in secrecy. Upon moving to the United States in 1983 he was able to paint without fear of political prosecution. With two other Artists, He Neng and Liu Shaohui, Jiang formed what was first known as the “Heavy Colorist” school and now is the world famous Yunnan School. Today Jiang continues to create Sublime paintings and sculptures, his deep love of the earth along with his experiences earned him a legacy as a True Master that will be collected for years to come.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

ERTÉ ROMAIN DE TIRTOFF (1892 – 1990) Erté-Romain de Tirtoff-was born in Russia in 1892, and died at age 97 in 1990. His legendary career spanned nearly the entire length of his life. Erté moved to Paris and his unique talent was immediately recognized by the city’s most established couturiers. ROBERT LYN NELSON ABOUT THE ARTIST ROBERT LYN NELSON (1955)

What began as an unexplainable, undeniable drive to draw beginning at age 3, has propelled Robert Lyn Nelson into a very elite minority of distinguished artists who defy categorization, having extensive bodies of work across all styles of painting and sculpture. Nelson received world acclaim for pioneering the Modern Marine Art Movement with his 1979 painting, “Two Worlds”. This original painting played a significant role in inspiring marine conservation efforts world-wide. The distortions of the world around him has led to increasing surrealistic elements that have added a complex dream-like dimension to Nelson’s visionary art and ignited existing and new admirers. Pablo Picasso, Gerhard Richtor, and David Hockney, known for their versatility and considerable artistic range, inspire Nelson to continue creating works in various styles from realism to cubism to impressionism to non-objective abstractions. He believes creativity is boundless and artists shouldn’t be limited in any way when it comes to expressing themselves through art. Moved by the intense mystical sensation his paintings and drawings evoke, Robert Lyn Nelson’s art is widely admired and acquired by collectors around the world.
