On behalf of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will preside over the MFU Commencement Ceremony and confer the degree certificate upon MFU graduates for Academic Year 2018 on Wednesday 26 February 2020 at 09.00 hrs. at C4 Auditorium, Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Important Information All graduates must: • have enough rest. • dress properly. • be punctual to report/register 30 minutes prior all schedules. • present at all rehearsal days and the commencement ceremony. • remember all schedules and your designated seat. All graduates are not allowed: • to carry handbags and all valuable items and wear any accessories. • to have parents and guests in the area of the rehearsals and commencement ceremony. • to wear flower crowns or carry a bouquet and wear any congratulation items. • to colour their finger nails and over make up. * Female graduates are not allowed to a wear metal brassiere or hairpins.
During the commencement ceremony, the following items are not allowed: • Camera, mobile phone, watch or any electronic gadget. • Any accessories, key ring or sharp weapons. • Any stationary, toilet paper, banknotes, coins, including any kinds of paper. • Candy, chewing gum, inhalants.

Important Information For those who do not get the academic gown yet, please be informed that the Thongkham shop will provide a gown rental service at MFU on 24-26 February 2020 at room number 117, D1 Building from 10.00-18.00 hrs. So, please bring the receipt and show it to the shopkeeper to receive the academic gown. In case you have lost the receipt, you have to present a copy of your passport, that are carified with your signature and the order number on the top right corner of the paper instead. After the end of Commencement Ceremony, please return the academic gown on the following dates: Wednesday 26 February 2020 at room number 117, D1 Building during 17.00-19.00 hrs. Thursday 27 February 2020 at room number 117, D1 Building during 09.00-16.00 hrs. 28 February 2020 onwards You need to return the academic gown to Thongkham shop in Bangkok ** Returning the academic gown to Thongkham shop via post is not acceptable. List of items that you have to return to the shop: - The red gown, pins, suit bag and coat hanger. - The red gown, Raj pattern suit, buttons, colour collar, suit bag and coat hanger. - The red gown, official suit, suit bag and coat hanger. Remarks: - Period of returning the academic gown to the Thongkham shop in Bangkok is on 28 February - 12 March 2020 during 10.00-18.00 hrs. only. - Thongkham shop is closed every Monday. - Returning the academic gown after the deadline is not acceptable.
