5 steps to looking younger and healthier

Looking younger and healthier is anyone's cherished dream. Today there are varied Anti-aging products and procedures that can help anyone in their quest for eternal youth. It is a huge industry - Skin and wrinkle treatments, Physical exercises, Cosmetic surgeries, Antiaging supplements, Multivitamin, Diet programs, Memory loss treatment and even Sexual health treatment. BUT Do you really think that you can abuse your body (sleep less than 7 hours a day, don’t exercises, don’t eat properly healthy) for years and by taking a couple of Multivitamins a day and having a skin treatments every now and you will look younger, healthier? Really? HERE IS THE ANSWER: NO!


Let me ask you something. Why do people want to be young, to look young? 1. Because when you are young, you are confident. You can claim a mountain with no preparation! 2. Because when you are young, you feel free. You can decide to go away for the weekend on Saturday morning! 3. Because you are and feel healthier, hence happier!

So, wanting to look young in your 40s, 50s or 60s actually means that you want to feel that crazy confidence, complete freedom and the feeling that you can run for hours and then go for a swim ď Š


Using any kind of “miracle products” will get you nowhere. That’s a fact. If you want result YOU have to make a change!

So, here are my 5 simple tips for you: 1. Diet Start the change today and start eating healthier! We age quicker due to toxins called free radicals. Some are internally created while others are from your environment or diet. To counteract these ageaccelerating free radicals, eat more organic, fresh


produce. Make the bulk of your diet fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains that you cook as well as nuts and legumes. At the same time, try to eliminate junk foods that add years to your look and slow you down. 2. Exercise There are 1440minutes in a day. You can always find 10 minutes a day for a quick exercise. 3. Right mindset It is important to understand that this is something that YOU will do for YOURSELF. Not some doctor that doesn’t care about you. 4. Drink healthy drinks The amount of water in the human body ranges from 50-75%, so water is Number one. You need at least 1Liter of water a day. Herbal teas, fresh water, diluted fruits juices, or those drinks known as detox drinks. These help remove toxins, bloat and waste from your body; each of which adds years to how you look and feel.


5. Workout smarter, not harder There are many case studies that show that too much exercise actually can harm you. So, follow my advice and do not be tempted to over train. The secret is in consistency – you exercise every day, 10 minutes a day. That’s it!
