Nothing says holly and jolly like a holiday cocktail. You can’t go wrong with classic eggnog, but why not treat yourself and your guests to something unexpected? Whether you want to unwind by the fireplace after a long evening of wrapping gifts or kick off a festive party with friends, these cocktails are guaranteed to put some extra cheer into your holiday season!

FOR THE CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

8 OUNCES FRESH CRANBERRIES

1 CUP WATER

1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR

FOR THE HOLIDAY CRANBERRY MOJITO

15 FRESH MINT LEAVES

3 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE

4 OUNCES CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

4 OUNCES OLD NEW ORLEANS 121 PROOF RUM

ICE CUBES

4 OUNCES SPARKLING WATER

GARNISH (OPTIONAL) : FRESH MINT LEAVES, ROSEMARY, FRESH CRANBERRIES, SUGAR OR SHREDDED COCONUT

1. In a small saucepan combine the simple syrup ingredients and bring to a simmer.

2. Cook on low for 10 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.

3. Strain the simple syrup mixture. Wet the rim of your glass and dip it into sugar or coconut flakes.

4. Place 8 mint leaves and 1 ½ tablespoons of lime juice into a glass.

5. Press the mint leaves with the end of a wooden spoon in the lime juice.

6. Add 2 ounces of your cranberry simple syrup and 2 ounces of rum and stir.

7. Top with ice cubes and 2 ounces of sparkling water.

8. Garnish with mint leaves, rosemary and fresh cranberries.

2 CUPS APPLE CIDER

2 CINNAMON STICKS

4 CARDAMOM PODS

4 CLOVES

½ TEASPOON FENNEL SEEDS

3 STAR ANISE

CHAI SPICED APPLE CIDER BOURBON

4 OUNCES CHAI SPICED APPLE CIDER

2 OUNCES NEW ORLEANS BYWATER BOURBON

ICE

GINGER BEER OR HARD CIDER

ADD CINNAMON STICKS AND SLICES OF APPLE FOR GARNISH

1. The spiced apple cider is made by adding the ingredients to a small saucepan and heating over medium heat.

2. Allow the cider to cool once it reaches a simmer.

3. After the cider has cooled, strain out the spices and set the cider aside for cocktail hour.

4. To make the cocktail, mix the chai-spiced apple cider with bourbon.

5. Add ice to your shaker, combine the cider and bourbon, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

6. Wet the rim of your glass and dip into a small plate of brown sugar to coat the rim.

7. Strain into your rocks glass with ice.

8. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

1 OUNCE GODIVA CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR

1 OUNCE OF LAISSEZ VERSEZ FLAMBEAUX CINNAMON LIQUEUR

1 OUNCE CREME DE COCOA

4 CARDAMOM PODS

1 OUNCE LOUISIANA RICE VODKA

1 OUNCE HEAVY CREAM

1 DASH OF VANILLA EXTRACT

BROWN SUGAR AND 2 CINNAMON STICKS FOR GARNISH

1. Fill a martini glass with ice and water to chill the glass.

2. Add some ice to a cocktail shaker.

3. Add all the ingredients for the martini into the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

4. Dump the water and ice out of your martini glass.

5. Dip the wet rim into a small plate of brown sugar to coat the martini glass rim.

6. Pour the shaken chocolate martini into the prepared glass.

7. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks.

1 ½ OUNCES SUGARFIELD SPIRITS BOURBON

½ OUNCE PIERRE FERRAND DRY CURACAO

¼ OUNCE SPICED BROWN SUGAR SYRUP

DEHYDRATED CLEMENTINE SLICE

1 EGG WHITE

½ TEASPOON AMARETTO SOUR (ENOUGH TO RINSE INSIDE OF COUPE GLASS)

2 DASHES OF EL GUAPO CHICORY PECAN BITTERS ADD 1 ROSEMARY SPRIG FOR GARNISH

1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, curacao, brown sugar syrup, clementine juice and egg white.

2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

3. In a chilled coupe glass, swirl enough amaretto to coat the inside.

4. Strain shaken drink into coupe and top with the bitters.

5. Garnish with dehydrated clementine slice, rosemary sprig and dash of cinnamon.

¼ CUP HEAVY CREAM

½ CUP WHOLE MILK

½ CUP DRY SPARKLING VANILLA SODA

1-2 OUNCES COFFEE

FRESH CRANBERRIES

PEPPERMINT OIL OR EL GUAPO’S NON-ALCOHOLIC CANDY CANE SYRUP

1. Add dry sparkling vanilla soda to a rocks glass with ice.

2. Add coffee.

3. Add cream and whole milk, then stir.

4. Add peppermint oil or El Guapo’s Candy Cane Syrup for additional sweetness.

5. Garnish with fresh cranberries.

2 EGGS, SEPARATED

¼ CUP SUGAR, DIVIDED

1 ½ CUPS WHOLE MILK

½ CUP HEAVY CREAM

½ CUP BLACK PEARL RUM FROM SEVEN THREE DISTILLING CO.

NUTMEG AND CINNAMON STICKS FOR GARNISH

1. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of the sugar until fluffy.

2. Stir in the milk, heavy cream and the Black Pearl Rum.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form.

4. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.

5. Divide between four tall rocks glasses.

6. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.

1 1/2 OUNCES AMARETTO LIQUEUR

1/2 OUNCE JACK DANIEL’S TENNESSEE FIRE

1. Mix one part of cinnamon and sugar into a bowl.

2. Wet the rim of a shot glass.

3. Dip the wet rim into the cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat the shot glass rim.

4. Pour the amaretto first, then the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire into your glass.

5. Serve and enjoy.
