The Care Academy has supported over 120 people into employment in social care and offers free practical help and support to get you started in your career.

Your routeway into a career in social care

Our part time Routeway programmes will help you to gain the skills needed to start a career in social care. After completing a part time six-week programme you will be guaranteed an interview with an employer in your area. If you’re successful we’ll also fund your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to enable you to start work as soon as possible.
