Least Cost Routing (LCR)

Businesses can save thousands of dollars a year with Least Cost Routing (LCR) enabled. Least Cost Routing (LCR) works by directing contactless dual-network debit card transactions to the most cost effective payment type, reducing merchant service costs. When Least Cost Routing is not enabled on a payment terminal, the dual-network card will default to the issuing network such as Mastercard or Visa and can result in a higher Merchant Service Fee for the transaction.

Live Payments will assess the potential benefits of Least Cost Routing for all MGA members and enable on the terminals where applicable.

Earn Qantas Points

In partnership with Qantas Business Rewards, Live Payments customers can be rewarded with Qantas Points for transactions through their payment terminals*. Customers can use their Qantas Points to offset business expenses such as business flights, upgrades, fuel, and wine, or redeem on 8000+ other products from the Qantas Store.
