INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole milk (or coconut/soy/ almond) ¾ teaspoon turmeric powder (or haldi) 1 teaspoon honey ¼ tsp black pepper (ground or pepper powder, reduce it to a pinch if you prefer it less spicy)
