Cyclothon in Ludhiana for ‘Drug-free Punjab’

The record for the maximum number of participants in a Cyclothon for ‘Drug-free Punjab’ was set by the Commissionerate Police of Ludhiana, wherein a total of 25,000 cyclists participated in the cyclothon in Ludhiana.

Spring – the ‘king of seasons’ has arrived. The weather is super pleasant in March, which is neither very hot nor very cold. The light breeze under the clear blue sky seems to herald Holi, the festival of colors. In such pleasant weather, the India Book of Records monthly has brought you a series of diverse subjects and extraordinary records. This time, apart from a wonderful and grand event of Asia Book of Records held recently in Malaysia, we are also presenting you a glimpse of our 6th IBR Convocation where guests from across the nation participated.

Dr. Avinash Kate of Bengaluru, Karnataka, has done a first-of-its-kind work by creating and displaying 75 paintings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi depicting his emotions. These portraits are being praised a lot. A wonderful initiative giving information about India was taken at the Indian School Al Seeb in the Sultanate of Oman. On the other hand, an exclusive democratic session was held for female students in the Gujarat Legislative Assembly to mark National Girl Child Day.

You will also find many other interesting tales on the pages inside. The grand Cyclothon in Ludhiana and a Walkathon in Amritsar, organized by the Punjab Police, to spread the message of a Drug-free Punjab among the youth were historic records. The story of Dr. Raj Rup Fuliya, a former IAS officer, is also inspiring. He has sung songs in multiple languages of India and the world. Doctors signing a digital pledge to promote yoga for diabetes management, and a case of performing full-face Vitiligo Camouflage in minimum time are a few of such extraordinary records.

Magnificent WorldKings & ABR event in Malaysia

The vibrant festivities of ‘Festival Tahun Baharu Cina 2024,’ a grand celebration organized by the WorldKings, Asia Book of Records, and Malaysia Book of Records, in collaboration with the Government of Malaysia was held from February 9th to February 24, 2024, in Kota Kinabalu, Pitas, Malaysia, which was studded with many cultural and competitive events.

Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury, Editor-in-Chief of Asia Book of Records was invited as the special guest at the Government of Malaysia-sponsored event celebrating the Chinese New Year -- ‘Festival Tahun Baharu Cina 2024’, in Kota Kinabalu, Pitas, Malaysia. The WorldKings and Asia Book of Records team led by Ms. Rachna Sharma reached KK, Malaysia monitoring and adjudicating the exciting feats contesting for Asia Book of Records titles in the festival. Ms. Evelyn Kuppa, representative from the Asia Book of Records and WorldKings coordinated with the India office of WorldKings and Asia Book of Records and the Pitas government officials for the FTBC 2024.

The event was graced by distinguished diplomats and dignitaries such as Honorable Datuk Seri Panglima Hj. The event made a remarkable world record for celebrating the ‘Longest Chinese New Year’ celebration festival awarded to the organizer Dato Sri Ruddy Awah, Datin Sri Asiah Udain, and coorganizers Syarikat Bumi Jaya Sdn.Bhd, Indah Chalet & Resort, Nahalan Hj. Mehdunah, Sabah Tourism Board, Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan Daerah Pitas, Pejabat Daerah Pitas, and other Pitas officials.

1. Biggest Pencak Silat Performance

Pitas District Office set the ‘Biggest Pencak Silat Performance’ record at the KG Salimpodon Laut Pitas, Sabah, Malaysia. A total of 1000 participants gathered together and performed the Pencak Silat, an umbrella term for a traditional martial art that includes full-body fighting form incorporating strikes, grappling, and throwing, in addition to weaponry as confirmed on February 17, 2024.

2. Longest Pansoh Dish

Jesselton International School Charity Association (JISCA) set a record for the ‘ Longest Pansuh Dish’ at the KG Salimpodon Laut Pitas, Sabah, Malaysia. Ayam Pansuh or Manuk Pansuh is a dish prepared by cooking chicken meat in a bamboo stalk, filled with water, and seasonings, and covered with tapioca leaves of the cassava plant. Participants came together and prepared the Longest Pansoh (Traditional Dish of Malaysia) which measured 59 meters in length, as confirmed on February 19, 2024.

5. Non-stop Dragon Boat Rowing

Kudat Dragon Boat Association of Malaysia set the record for dragonboat rowing continuously for the longest duration. The beautifully designed Traditional Dragon Boat was rowed continuously for a distance of 27.22 km (14.7 nautical miles), starting from Marina Jetty Kudat at 7:12 am and ending at Dataran Pitas Jetty at 11:17 am for a total duration of 4 hours and 5 minutes, as confirmed on February 20, 2024.

6. Participants Walking on Stilts

Sabah Tombonuo Nation Association set the record for Maximum Participants Walking on Stilts at the KG Salimpodon Laut Pitas, Sabah, Malaysia. 100 participants gathered in the traditional Tombonuo dress and walked for 200 meters using Stilts or Tiongou made out of Bamboo, as confirmed on February 16, 2024.

Multiple vibrant cultural performances and daring feats were aligned on each day of the festival like the Tribe’s traditional dance, Chinese Song Performance, Yee Sang Lion Dance Ceremony, Tribal Traditional Dance, Art Exhibition, singing of Ku National Song and

Sabah Tanah Air, Duet Song Competition, Cheongsam Queen and Karaoke Competition, Chinese New Year Queen festival, Women Volleyball Tournament, Badminton Tournament, Autoshow competition, Battle of Bands, Soccer Takraw Tournament, etc.

There was an exhibition in which Department of District Pitas, Fisheries, Department of Water Treatment & Supplies, Banks, Farming Equipments, Sericulture and Department of Tourism, the Asia Book of Records and World King Representative Ms. Rachna Sharma (New Delhi, India), Ms. Evelyn Kuppa (WorldKings Adjudicator, Malaysia), Ms. Sariffah ( Malaysian ABR Adjudicator) and Crew Ms. Annabella, Ms. Wa Wa, Ms. Jenin Magitot, Mr. Mahathir and Mr. Poh (JISCA) along with other officials visited to get to know more of the Pitas businesses. Booths were set up to educate farmers, fishermen, and local traders, thus helping to uplift the Pitas district economy.

Many Pitas’ bureaucrats and officials graced the occasion addressed the people attending and gave insights about the culture and development programs initiated during the celebration.

Chinese New Year in Malaysia: This is one of the biggest celebrations in Malaysia, because there are Chinese people living there. On the day of this festival, the Chinese community in Malaysia cleans their houses early in the morning as they are not allowed to sweep up the trash during the festival, as it is considered an act of

sweeping away wealth. While throwing away trash is associated with removing luck from the house. In addition, the Chinese community also decorate their homes with red lanterns. They also prepare food for the guests and give Ang Pau. The Lion Dance is performed in some areas to celebrate this festival. The history of the Chinese New Year festival can be traced back to about 3,500 years ago. Chinese New Year has evolved, and its customs have undergone a long developmental process. Some people believe that the Chinese New Year originated in the Shang Dynasty when people held sacrificial ceremonies in honor of gods and ancestors at the beginning or the end of each year.

Krishna Priya C. (born on June 2, 2003) of Palakkad, Kerala, set the record for making the worldfamous Kalpathy Chariot temple on a glass bottle. She made the Kalpathy Chariot temple (measuring 50 cm in height and 40 cm in width) on a glass bottle using cardboard, waste forex sheets, cotton threads, acrylic paints, plywood, mold it clay, fevicol, and flex kwik.

Maximum songs sung in various languages

Dr. Raj Rup Fuliya, IAS (Retd) of Kurukshetra, Haryana, set the record for singing the maximum number of songs in various languages. He sang 1,01,111 songs in 52 different languages in 4 years from July 2018 to June 2022 on Starmaker (37500 songs+27500 songs) and Smule (35000 songs) singing apps, including 27 Indian languages and 25 foreign languages.

Different Rubik’s Cubes solved by a child

Surya Hariprasad (born on August 8, 2011) of Changanassery, Kerala, set the record for solving the maximum number of different types of Rubik’s Cubes. Living in Malaysia currently, he solved 69 different types of Rubik’s Cubes in one hour at 11 years, 4 months, and 29 days age.

Sharp memory brings him laurels

Muhammad Hamiz Ibnu Ajmal (born on April 14, 2021) of Pathanamthitta, Kerala, was appreciated for naming 20 states, 7 continents, 8 planets, 9 animals; identifying 130 pictures, 9 sports, 22 vehicles, 14 shapes, 14 flowers, 20 fruits, etc., at the age of 2 years, 7 months.

Sketches of famous monuments of India

Sooraj B T (born on April 26, 2000) of Wayanad, Kerala was appreciated for drawing sketches of famous monuments of India. He made beautiful sketches of 10 famous monuments of India including the Taj Mahal, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Lotus Temple, Charminar, and Gateway of India with a black inked pen.

Post Doctoral Fellowship in liver diseases

Kavya Harika Dendukuri (born on November 9, 1985) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, was titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for admission to the Post Doctoral Fellowship in liver diseases (Hepatology) and her successful qualification in the examination held in January 2017. She was conferred the degree at the Convocation held on September 6, 2017, at the age of 31 years and 9 months.

Yana A. Jain (born on April 20, 2022) of Bengaluru, Karnataka, was titled an ‘IBR Achiever’ for reciting 6 English nursery rhymes, 5 Jain prayers, days of the week and the English alphabet; identifying 7 shapes, 10 birds, 6 vehicles, 24 Jain Tirthankaras, 25 fruits, 20 animals, 9 colors, 19 flowers, 14 vegetables and counting from 1 to 15, at the age of 1 year and 8 months.

Pyramid Rubik’s Cubes solved using feet

Sreehari Suresh (born on September 1, 2008) of Kerala set the record for solving the maximum number of Rubik’s Cubes using feet and hands. He solved 9 Rubik’s Cubes in 6 minutes and 11 seconds. 8 Pyramid Rubik’s Cubes were solved with both feet and one 3 x 3 Rubik’s Cube with hands, at the age of 13 years, 11 months, and 28 days.

Fastest to solve a 5 x 5 Rubik’s Cube

Prisha Agarwal (born on May 3, 2012) of Delhi, set the record for being the fastest to solve a 5 x 5 Rubik’s Cube. She solved a 5 x 5 Rubik’s Cube in 2 minutes, 8 seconds, and 40 milliseconds at the age of 11 years and 2 months.

Solving five jigsaw puzzles quickly

Adharv Krishnan (born on May 1, 2020) of Kottayam, Kerala, was titled an ‘IBR Achiever’ for solving five jigsaw puzzles (consisting of 90 pieces) in 12 minutes and 14 seconds, at the age of 3 years and 8 months.

Girl Up Award from United Nations Foundation

Jahnavi Singh (born on August 21, 2006) of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, was appreciated for receiving the ‘Girl Up’ award of $500 from the United Nations Foundation. She is an active child activist and got this fund for her club activation activities. She received the award on August 7, 2020, at the age of 13 years and 11 months.

Glass sheets broken with single hand

Rushika C. (born on October 20, 2017) of Mysuru, Karnataka set the record for breaking the maximum number of glass sheets with a single gloved hand..She broke 26 glass sheets with her right gloved hand in 26 seconds at the age of 4 years, 10 months, and 19 days.

Proving her sharp mind at an early age

Saket Nagabhushan K.M. (born on May 13, 2020) of Hyderabad, Telangana, was appreciated for recalling 20 opposite words, capitals of 25 countries, 15 national symbols, 14 Indian Prime Ministers; counting numbers from 1-20; identifying the English alphabet with pictures, 11 fruits, 25 countries, and 28 Indian states on a map, 15 parts of the body, 17 shapes, flags of 70 countries, 28 famous personalities, 14 colors; matching 36 objects with shapes, at the age of 2 years and 11 months.

Cloud Computing Certificates pay off

Karthik R. (born on June 18, 1997) of Palakkad, Kerala set the record for achieving the maximum number of certificates on Cloud Computing Services from a single issuer. He achieved 81 certificates from Amazon Web Services (AWS) from December 17, 2020, to June 4, 2021.

Small-sized paper boat in 52 seconds

Blessina Angel S. (born on March 1, 2011) of Bengaluru, Karnataka, was appreciated for making a small-sized paper boat (measuring 2 mm) in 52 seconds using her fingers, at the age of 17 years and 7 months.

Girl proves her mastery over memory

Raina Sultana (born on March 17, 2021) of Birbhum, West Bengal, was titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying 11 fruits, 12 animals, 5 vehicles, 4 reptiles, 4 insects and 13 vegetables; naming 9 relatives; translating the names of 10 parts of the body from English to Bengali and counting from 1 to 10, at the age of 2 years and 10 months.

Handwritten bank transactions maintained

Pawan Bansal (born on March 1, 1977) of New Delhi set the record for maintaining handwritten bank transactions for the maximum number of years. He wrote all bank transactions of his company’s current account in 17 notebooks (known as bank passbooks) from November 1, 2003, till November 1, 2023. The handwritten transactions include details of NEFT, Google Pay, cash, and cheque payments of 20 years.

Identifying the flags of all 195 countries

Sivansh Naga Aditya Kasukurthy (born on November 19, 2018) of Pune, Maharashtra, was appreciated for identifying the flags of all 195 (UNrecognised) countries and recalling their names in 5 minutes, 30 seconds, and 90 milliseconds, by viewing the pictures of flags on a TV screen at the age of 4 years and 9 months.

Diabetes is rising in India and worldwide at a faster pace than ever. More than 7.7 crore Indians are at risk of diabetes. Unhealthy lifestyles and food adulteration are the top reasons for such a rise. The exercise gained momentum and in the process set a record under the Asia Book of Records for the ‘maximum doctors signing digital pledge to promote yoga for diabetes management’. The digital pledge signing drive was conducted between November 6, 2023, and November 20, 2023.

The drive spread the message that yoga for sugar patients involves the synchronization of body movements with breathing techniques. As a result, it soothes the nerves and facilitates chemical transformation within the cells. It activates the internal organs to balance blood sugar. Yoga for diabetes type 2 and yoga for pre-diabetes are not much different. However, there are certain asanas of yoga for diabetes type 1 that need additional precaution. Adding simple yogic practices to the daily regime is a way to address diabetes. One should maintain consistency and regularity to get the best results from diabetes asanas on health. Pray, Pledge, Play for ‘Rangla Punjab’

Lauding the Punjab Chief Minister, Mr. Bhagwant Mann for launching the ‘Pray, Pledge, Play’ initiative for eradicating the drug menace from the state, the participant youth made a firm resolve to make Punjab a drug-free state. More than 36,600 youth who came to support the Punjab government’s anti-drug efforts lauded the visionary leadership of the Chief Minister to launch a campaign against drugs and introduced numerous new initiatives to revive the state as ‘Rangla Punjab’.

Sharing her views Shardha Mishra, a student from Government Senior High Smart School in Putlighar, Amritsar, said that it is a matter of great pride for her to have the opportunity to participate in the anti-drug event under the dynamic leadership of the Chief Minister. She said that participation in the campaign has cemented

her commitment to contribute to the creation of a drug-free Punjab. Another student, Harpreet Singh, from Sant Singh Sukha Singh Modern High School, Amritsar said that it is great to be a part of the drug-free Punjab campaign being run by the state government. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the youth about this campaign as it is aimed at making the state drug-free.

The campaign created a record for the largest congregation and walkathon by students to pray for a drug-free Punjab under the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records. The credit for the record goes to the Commissionerate Police, Amritsar, and the Congenital Anomaly Treatment Trust (CATT). The record attempt was made at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab on October 18, 2023. A total of 36,605 students in yellow-

colored dresses from 65 Schools, walked through the walled city and congregated at the Golden Temple to offer prayer (ardaas) for a ‘Drug-free Punjab’. The claim was verified by adjudicators Ms. Richi Sharma and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur Gandhi from the two record books.

The city of Amritsar, often referred to as the Pride of Punjab, faces a pressing issue of drug abuse. Located near the border, it has been identified as a hub for drug trafficking from across the border. With a daily influx of 1 to 2 lakh tourists, the impact of this issue extends far beyond the city. Amritsar, known for its spiritual sanctuary in Shri Darbar Sahib, marked by the tragic history of Jallianwala Bagh, and fueled by the vibrant pulse of its diverse youth, inspired the Hope Initiative – Rise of a New Sun. It is this unique amalgamation that has inspired the state government to combat drug abuse through the power of prayer, pledge, and play.

The record for the largest congregation and walkathon by students to pray for drug-free Punjab was set by Commissionerate Police, Amritsar, and CATT (The Congenital Anomaly Treatment Trust) at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

The Chief Minister said that ‘The Hope Initiative’ was not just a mission; it’s an audacious journey, fuelled by unwavering belief. It’s a promise to rekindle hope and shatter the pervasive myth that Amritsar is shackled to drugs. It seeks to usher in a new era for the city by uniting the community through spirituality (prayer), historical reflection and commitment (pledge), and the channelization of youth energy (play). The initiative has the aim of restoring hope by offering a vision of a brighter, drug-free future; empowering youth, as they are our hope, our strength, and our future and we are looking at channeling their boundless energy, passion, and idealism into the fight against drug abuse.

Cyclothon for ‘Drug-free Punjab’

In a historic initiative, thousands of youth participated in India’s largest cycle rally in Ludhiana, organized by the Punjab Police to break the backbone of the drug menace by generating awareness. The rally witnessed huge participation by people from all walks of life thereby disseminating the message of making Punjab a completely drug-free state. A lot of enthusiasm was witnessed amongst the participants especially the youth to wean away the menace of drugs and make Punjab a healthy and prosperous state. The initiative was a testament to the commitment of the Punjab Police in general and the state government in particular to address critical societal issues. Through this event. the Commissionerate Police of Ludhiana

set the record for the maximum number of participants in a cyclothon for ‘Drug-free Punjab’.

On the occasion of the martyrdom day of the great Indian Revolutionary, Kartar Singh Sarabha, November 16, 2023, the Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, organized a cyclothon to raise awareness for drug-free Punjab. A total of 25,000 cyclists participated in the cyclothon, which started from Punjab Agricultural University, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, and ended at the same place, thus setting a new record under the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records together. Adjudicators from both the record books, Acharya Manish, founder of the

HIIMS Group of Hospitals and Sugata Das, handed over the medals and the record certificates to the organizers.

The Chief Minister said that the primary focus of this event was to combat the menace of drug abuse effectively and promote cycling as a healthy and sustainable way of life. He said that the rally aimed to contribute significantly to the reduction of drug demand by raising awareness about the consequences of drug abuse and the importance of a drug-free lifestyle. Flagging off the rally, Mr. Bhagwant Mann said that it holds a profound significance as it coincides with the commemoration of the martyrdom day of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha, India’s youngest revolutionary, who sacrificed his life at the age of 19. The date, November 16, serves as a poignant reminder of his martyrdom and adds a layer of historical significance to the event.

It was claimed that the Ludhiana cycle rally was India’s largest cycling event with a noble cause to generate awareness amongst the youth against the menace of drugs. It was a matter of great pride and satisfaction that during the rally cyclists traversed from five different sacred locations, each associated with the sacrifices of martyrs such as Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Sukhdev, Shaheed Rajguru, Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha and Shaheed Udham Singh.

The cyclists brought sacred soil from the respective places which were used to plant saplings to be named trees of harmony, promise, wisdom, unity, and hope respectively.

The record for the maximum number of participants in a Cyclothon for ‘Drug-free Punjab’ was set by the Commissionerate Police of Ludhiana, wherein a total of 25,000 cyclists participated in the cyclothon in Ludhiana.

The Chief Minister said that this symbolic gesture enhances the depth and purpose of the event aimed at restoring the pristine glory of the state. Youth against Drugs was not just a cycle rally but it was a collective effort to combat drug abuse, promote a healthier lifestyle, and commemorate the sacrifice of revolutionary heroes. 75 shades of PM Narendra Modi

In a tribute to Narendra Damodardas Modi, Dr. Avinash Kate, the Dean of Shantamani Kala Kendra at Jain University, has undertaken an extraordinary artistic endeavor. The initiative involves creating 75 emotionally charged portraits of the prime minister, showcasing his role as a progressive leader and representative of New India. Meticulously Crafted on a canvas using acrylic colors, the diverse portraits reflect multifaceted aspects of Modi’s work, emotions, and devotion to ‘Bharat Mata’. The exhibition also featured a compilation of these portraits along with a brief overview of Modi’s journey as the prime minister of India. The Indian School Al Seeb in the Sultanate of Oman embarked on a flagship initiative under the distinguished CBSE campaign, ‘Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Program’ and gained entry into the Asia Book of Records (ABR) on the occasion of Republic Day festivities earlier this year. With the enthusiastic participation and contribution of a total of 2252 students, the school coordinated a remarkable visual creation ‘K-OIN’ (Knowledge Collage of OMAN & INDIA), the most extensive collage ever made. Encompassing nine distinct domains such as culture, film, flora, fauna, performing arts, sports, industry, literature, and tourism, this masterpiece showcased an astonishing 30,608 facts about Oman and India.

Indian School Al Seeb in the Sultanate of Oman set a record by creating the largest collage of handwritten information on India and Oman. A total of 2252 students below the age of 14 years participated in creating ‘K-OIN’.

The students from Grades I to VIII contributed to this handwritten collage, which comprised 2326 charts spread over an expansive area of 1050 square meters. This initiative celebrated the vibrant essence of the two incredible nations. It also

promoted unity in diversity and shared best practices across India and the Governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. Led by the Principal Dr. Leena Francis under the adept guidance of the Directors incharge, Mr. Shameer, P.T.K. and Mr. Nidheesh Kumar, P.P., President Mr. Krishnan Raman, and other esteemed members of the School Management Committee, the initiative facilitated an entry of Indian School Al Seeb into the Asia Book of Records.

Dr. Raj Rup Fuliya A bureaucrat turned singer

The record for singing the maximum number of songs in various languages was set by Dr. Raj Rup Fuliya, IAS (Retd) (born on March 30, 1954) of Kurukshetra, Haryana. He sang 1,01,111 songs in 52 different languages in 4 years from July 2018 to June 2022 on Starmaker (37500 songs+27500 songs) and Smule (35000 songs) singing apps including 27 Indian languages and 25 foreign languages.

A senior IAS officer, Dr. Raj Rup Fuliya, who retired as Additional Chief Secretary, Govt of Haryana, was honored as an esteemed record holder by India Book of Records during their 6th Convocation Ceremony held in Faridabad, for recording and posting 1,01,111 song covers in Starmaker and Smule Singing Apps, in four years, from July 2018 to June 2022, in 52 languages, including 25 foreign languages. Earlier, on May 30, 2020, he had created another record of 16 hours of non-stop singing, by recording and posting 202 songs in the Indonesian language in a day on the Starmaker App.

A first-generation learner, Dr. Fuliya started his education journey from the Government school in his village and then shifted to Delhi where he served at the Bank of India from 1972 to 1980, first as a clerk and later as a Probationary Officer. After doing his BCom (Hons) from Delhi University he passed the Indian Economic Service Exam in 1980 and joined there. In 1981, he joined the Indian Railways Personnel Service and after staying for two years there, joined the Indian Administrative Service, Haryana Cadre, in 1983.

He continued his academics and obtained his first Masters Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Thereafter, he obtained his LLB degree from Jammu University, and second MA degree in Public Administration from Panjab University, and his Doctorate in Public Administration from Ch. Devilal University, Sirsa. After retirement, he obtained his third and fourth Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Kurukshetra University and is now pursuing his fifth MA in Philosophy. He has also obtained a PG Diploma in HRM from IGNOU and a PG Diploma in Public Policy & Management from IIM, Bengaluru.

Dr. Fuliya has done excellent work during his field postings, as SDM, Siwani; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad; Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar, and Mahendergarh; Divisional Commissioner, Hisar; Vice Chancellor, Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, and Ch. Devilal University, Sirsa.

An adventure enthusiast, Dr. Fuliya has been the Best Horse Rider of LBS National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. He won a Gold Medal in Equestrian for two consecutive years in 1984 and 1985. He has undertaken numerous treks in high mountains and crossed more than 25 passes in Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir. He is a keen traveler and has traveled to more than two dozen countries in Asia, Europe, America, and Africa. He loves flying and driving and has another record in his name in the India Book of Records for 54 days of Solo driving in 2004 in his Maruti Zen car through the length and breadth of India, covering a distance of 18,666 Km.

While creating the 5th record in singing of 1,01,111 Songs in 52 languages, Dr. Fuliya simultaneously passed his 3rd and 4th Masters in Economics and Business Administration in first division from Kurukshetra University. Now pursuing his 5th Masters Degree in Philosophy (final year).

Dr. Fuliya remained posted as Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate in the Yamuna Nagar and Mahendergarh districts. He completed the desilting work of the Jal-Mehal monument and the filling up of Chhipi Johar through Sharamdaan in 1993-94. While posted as Commissioner of Hisar Division, he undertook a special drive to inspect schools, following which the results of poor performer schools improved gradually.

As the Vice Chancellor of Guru Jambheshwar University, Dr. Fuliya created a record of declaring the results of the All India Engineering Entrance Exam in less than 24 hours. He has been a player of Volleyball, Kabbadi, Badminton, Squash, and Tennis. Other activities included horse riding, flying, para-sailing, river rafting, mountaineering, driving, and long walks.

The IBR adjudicator, Dr. Vihaani Shah, after verifying the claim, announced the record and handed over the medal and a certificate to Dr. Shangavi Balasubramanian at her clinic.

It is important to learn that the micro-pigmentation procedure is typically done in several sessions, depending on the size of the

area being treated. The first session involves a consultation with a qualified and experienced permanent makeup artist to assess the patient’s skin and the best pigment to use. During the subsequent sessions, pigment is implanted into the skin with the help of a tiny needle same as tattooing. Tejaswini Legislative Assembly

To make ‘National Girl Child Day 2024’ memorable for the girls of Gujarat and to increase women’s participation and awareness about democratic values, ‘Tejaswini Legislative Assembly’ was held at Gujarat Vidhan Sabha on January 24, 2024. Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the program, presided over by Mr. Shankar Chaudhary, Speaker of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. Minister for Women and Child Development, Ms. Bhanuben Babariya, was present as a special guest in this program. In this Tejaswini Assembly, various issues such as childbirth, education, health, nutrition, safety, security, and leadership development were discussed.

The program was jointly organized by the Women and Child Development Department, and the Ganesh Vasudev Mavlankar Parliamentary Studies and Training Bureau, Gujarat Legislative Assembly, wherein all activities of the day including event

Students from various schools in Gujarat assumed roles in the Assembly House. Gujarat is the first state in the nation to boast an assembly house managed by female students. This marks yet another stride by the Gujarat Legislative Assembly in fortifying the principles of democracy. Speaker of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly, Mr. Shankar Chaudhary, congratulated everyone. The Speaker said that witnessing the confidence with which the daughters of Gujarat managed the Assembly House today assures a bright future for

Gujarat. The state’s landscape has shifted, and he believes that if such brilliant daughters represent every region of Gujarat, the development of the state will be invincible.

The record for the maximum number of girls participating in democratic sessions on comprehensive youth empowerment was set by The Commissionerate, Women & Child Development (Women Welfare) of Gujarat on January 24, 2024.

He referred to the Tejaswini Vidhansabha as an initiative aimed at safeguarding the constitution. This program is commendable because it allows female students to actively participate in and manage the Legislative Assembly, providing them with a firsthand experience of India’s democratic system and contributing to the increased popularity of democracy. Under the guidance of the Chief Minister, successful planning has been implemented to ensure that not only these daughters but also students and citizens across the entire state can witness and engage with the Tejaswini Legislative Assembly program.

Referring to a Gujarati proverb, “Dikri etle paarki thaapan nahi, Dikri etle Ghar Angan no Tulsikyaro” (Gone are the days when

daughters were considered commodities; today, they are responsible and adept managers), the Speaker emphasized that the scenario in Gujarat has evolved. Presently, daughters of the state are making strides in various fields, matching the representation of sons. The day is approaching when some of these daughters will stand as representatives in the Legislative Assembly.

Introduction: This course can be considered as an advance training for the students who have successfully completed the Circadian Clock & Ayur vedic Panchkarma (CCAP) dual certification course. This training is based on Ayur vedic P a n c h k a r m a p r i n c i p l e s a n d a i m s a t e q u i p p students with techniques to handle common emer situations among the patient of chronic illnesses.
