Smallest paper boat made by a kid

6 year old Ishanya Vishwakarma, made the smallest paper boat and set a record with The India Book of Records. She made a boat (measuring 2 cm in size) in just 3 minutes and 3 seconds.
Though young Ishanya aspires to achieve a lot. A student of Amity International school, Gurugram, she is a curious little mind who loves activities like climbing, yoga, origami and drawing.
“I love watching cartoons but more than that I love to draw the characters. My mom always tells me to be better version of myself, so everyday I try to learn new things. Learning something new every day helps me to be more creative”, says Ishanya.
Ishanya loves to keep herself busy with her hobbies whenever she gets free time. Talking about her inspiration she says, “I love origami and make various figures. This time I thought of trying to make a boat. First, I made a boat that measured 4 cm, then my mom inspired me to make a smaller boat. That’s when I tried to make a smaller version and succeeded. I finally could make a boat that measured 2 cm. My parents always motivate me.”
Ishanya believes that practise makes a man perfect. She practised every day to perfect her skills of making the smallest boat. Initially she made a boat measuring 4 cm, then 3 cm than 2.5 cm and finally 2 cm.
She feels blessed to have parents who are a constantly motivating her to push forward and become more creative and innovative. Apart from art and craft Ishanya loves to engage herself in a lot of physical activity. She can climb between two walls without support and can reach up to 7 ft. on to a wall.
The young mind has lots of dreams to fulfill and many more records to make.
