Learn how to whip cream for cake decoration in 6 simplesteps Ingredients ◦ Double/heavy cream 1 cup ◦ Vanilla essence 3-4drops ◦ Powdered sugar 4-5 tbsp.
Take two blows such that one bowl can fit into the other. Put ice in one bowl and place the other bowl on top of it .
Pour the double cream into the bowl for whipping.
Use electric mixer to whip the cream.
Add 3-4 drops of essence and sugar powder according to your taste.
Whip until its thick enough and it does not fall off easily. 8-10minutes would be enough.
Note:
If you whip the cream for too long it will turn into butter.
