Rava Ladoo •

Rava or Sooji Ladoos are delicate bites made with semolina, sugar, shredded coconuts, saffron and dry fruits. The nuts give them crunchiness and nutty flavor and saffron is added mostly for color. They are very easy to assemble and the most common Mithai made in India for Diwali.

Gulab Jamun • Gulab Jamun is a very popular dessert among children in India. It is very commonly made during festivals, marriages and other celebrations. Gulab (rose) jamun gets its name from the rose colored jamuns (dumplings) that are soaked in saffron flavored sugar syrup. Rasgulla •

Rasgulla is a Bengali Delicacy and is made with only a few ingredients. Milk, sugar syrup and kesar. The trick to get perfect Rasgulla’s is to separate the paneer (cottage cheese) from the milk and kneed them into round balls which are then cooked in sugar syrup.
