India-Australia Naval & Air Forces strengthen maritime cooperation at Aero India 2025

Vice Admiral Tarun Sobti, Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff of India, met with Air Vice Marshal Glen Braz, Air Commander of the Australian Air Force, on the sidelines of Aero India 2025 to discuss strengthening maritime interoperability and operational coordination between the two nations.

The discussions emphasized enhancing joint readiness, improving integration in future engagements, and advancing cooperation through common platforms. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to a secure and stable Indo-Pacific, recognizing the importance of deepening strategic defense ties.
