Indian High Commissioner strengthens ties with South Australia during official visit

Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay paid an official visit to South Australia, engaging in high-level discussions with key leaders to bolster India-South Australia relations.


During the visit, Governor Frances Jennifer Adamson AC hosted a luncheon at Government House in his honor.

The High Commissioner also met with Premier Peter Bryden Malinauskas MP, Minister for Trade and Investment Joe Szakacs, and Minister for Multicultural Affairs and Tourism Zoe Bettison MP.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties, particularly in education, trade, investment, and tourism, highlighting the expanding opportunities for Indian students, professionals, and businesses in South Australia.
