Consulate hosts curtain raiser event to kick off IDY celebrations
In an effort to promote the health benefits of the ancient science of yoga, the Consulate recently organized its first Curtain Raiser event to mark the beginning of the International Day of Yoga celebrations. The event took place at the Institute of Health and Nursing Australia in Perth, where Australian nursing students eagerly participated in yoga sessions.

The nursing students showed great enthusiasm in embracing yoga practice and even enrolled for weekly sessions following the event. This initiative aims to introduce the practitioners committed to good health to the holistic benefits of yoga, encouraging them to incorporate it into their regular wellness routines.
