Perth Hindu Temple Hosts cleanliness drive ahead of festivities

In a strong show of community spirit, Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi and Smt. Takhi joined volunteers for a cleanliness drive at the Perth Hindu Temple, recently, as part of the Swachhta Hi Seva campaign. The initiative, held recently, saw devotees and community volunteers come together for extensive cleaning in preparation for upcoming festivities at one of Western Australia’s premier spiritual centers.




The event emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness, in line with Mahatma Gandhi’s vision, while fostering unity among the local Indian community as they prepare for major religious celebrations.
