Consulate General of India in Melbourne hosts interactive session on holistic health through Ayurveda

The Consulate General of India (CGI) in Melbourne, in collaboration with the Vital Veda Community, recently organized an engaging and insightful session focused on holistic health through Ayurveda. The interactive event featured renowned Indian Vaidyas, Dr. Harsha Raju and Dr. Pavani Raju, who shared their expertise and wisdom on the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda.


Attended by approximately 50 participants, the session provided a platform for individuals to learn about the principles of Ayurveda and its holistic approach to well-being. Participants had the opportunity to engage with the Vaidyas, asking questions and gaining valuable insights into how Ayurvedic practices can promote overall health and vitality.

In addition to the interactive session, Consul General Dr. Sushil Kumar graced the event with his presence, emphasizing the importance of traditional Indian healing practices in promoting health and wellness within the community.
The event also featured stalls showcasing Ayurvedic medicines and organic food, organized by the AYUSH cell, Australia. This provided attendees with the opportunity to explore and learn more about Ayurvedic products and dietary choices that align with the principles of holistic health.
