Overseas Friends of BJP vows support for BJP at party’s sthapana divas

Canberra, April 7 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

Overseas Friends of BJP celebrated sthapana divas (foundation day) of BJP recently with huge fanfare across Australia in Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. The gathering raised slogans of ‘Abki baar Modi Sarkar’, ‘Abki baar charso paar’, as a reminder that the BJP and its coalition partners, the NDA will be endeavouring to win 400 plus seats to consolidate its position in the Lok Sabha in the coming general elections in India.

Speakers addressed the gathering recounting how the Modi government brought tremendous development and progress in India. They also talked about BJP’s ideology and the contribution of its founders like Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, who used to talk about the fact that one nation, cannot have two separate symbols, two separate governments, and two separate systems. The speakers were alluding to Article 370 and why its abrogation was important.

The gathering was also exhorted to call their relatives in India and ask them to vote for the party in the ensuing general elections in India.

Meanwhile, Melbourne based Jashan Singh Dhillon from Rampur ,Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Ram Anumanth from Coimbatore , Tamil Nadu are two young dynamic volunteers leading the Modi for 2024 campaign and have tremendous faith in Narendra Modi’s government and its policies.

Jashan also wants Yogi Adityanath to continue developing UP, and Ram Anumanth sees the future of Tamil Nadu only under K Annamalai’s leadership.
