FREE $1000 Gift Card, FREE 1 year Management Fees – HURRY!
In the dynamic world of real estate, you are bound to come across enticing offers from property management companies, such as tempting $1,000 gift cards or promises of 12 months of free management services just to get your business and to manage your properties. While these might seem like excellent deals, it is crucial to look beyond the surface and understand the potential pitfalls of such offerings.
It's essential to consider the sustainability of these firms before entrusting them with the management of your valuable properties. A constant rotation of property managers can be disruptive and unsettling, leading to potential misunderstandings about your property's specific needs and the well-being of your tenants. While the idea of costeffectiveness is appealing, we urge you to be cautious about making decisions solely based on price. There have been unfortunate cases where property management companies employing such gimmicks to grow their rent-roll quickly and then on sell it for a premium price. This can have severe consequences for you as a landlord and for the tenants residing in your property, causing uncertainty to be “sold off” At its core, property management is not just about seeking the cheapest option available. It involves managing people's homes, where families reside and create memories. Your property is a culmination of your hard work and financial investment, and it deserves the best care possible. Effective property management relies on open and transparent communication, fostering strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. A reliable property manager acts as the vital link between you and your tenants, handling maintenance issues, rent collection, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

An experienced property manager possesses the wisdom to make informed decisions on maintenance matters, ensuring your property remains well-maintained without compromising on quality. This level of expertise can only come from years of experience, something that might be lacking in discount property management companies that focus primarily on cost-cutting.
In conclusion, we urge you to look beyond the tempting offers and consider the long-term implications of your choice in property management. Your investment deserves a dedicated partner who can provide quality service, effective communication, and valuable experience. By prioritizing value over cost, you can safeguard your investments and build successful, lasting relationships with property management companies you can trust.

Australia failing to reduce road deaths: Report
Canberra, July 24 (IANS) Road deaths in Australia continue to rise, marking a failure to improve road safety, a new report revealed on Monday.
According to the new Benchmarking of the National Road Safety Strategy report, which was published by the Australian Automobile Association (AAA), 1,205 people died on Australian roads in the 12 months to the end of June, reports Xinhua news agency.
It marked an increase of 3.2 per cent from the previous year.
The new report shows that Australia is far from on course to meet the strategy's targets of halving road deaths by 2030 and reducing serious injuries by 30 per cent over that period.
Michael Bradley, Managing Director of the AAA, criticised the federal government, calling for data that track serious injuries, urban road deaths and national highway deaths per annum to be made available.
"You can't improve what you don't measure, and when it comes to road trauma, the Australian government is measuring very little," he said in a statement. He said a new approach is needed, starting with national statistics to guide law enforcement, road investment, and policy change.
Suva, July 21 (IANS) Fiji witnessed an 11-per cent increase in tourist arrivals for June this year compared to the same period in 2019.

Tourism Fiji said on Friday that
Neighboring countries Australia and New Zealand contributed to 73 per cent of visitor arrivals, with 24,000 visitors from New Zealand, the highest in a month since the reopening of borders following the Covid-19 pandemic.
Fiji has welcomed 417,852 arrivals this year and 1,077,390 since the reopening of borders in 2021.
Tribal women who were paraded naked by mob in Manipur approach SC

“Using women as instruments for perpetrating violence is simply unacceptable in a constitutional democracy,” said a bench headed by CJI D.Y. Chandrachud on July 20, a day after the viral video surfaced on social media.
The bench told the Solicitor General of India that the top court will be constrained to “step in” if the state government does not take action. "We will give a little time to the government to act otherwise we will take action," it had said.
