Indian diaspora rallies behind ‘Chalo India - Global Diaspora Campaign

The Indian diaspora community in Australia has come together in solidarity to support the 'Chalo India - Global Diaspora Campaign', a recent initiative launched by the Indian Prime Minister. Meanwhile, in Sydney, the Consulate General of India orchestrated an exclusive event titled 'Chalo India - Global Diaspora Campaign' on March 7, 2024, at the Consulate premises. The event was designed to empower the diaspora as ambassadors for 'Incredible India' and to highlight the diverse tourism opportunities and destinations across India.

Dr. S. Janakiraman, the Consul General, delivered an inspiring address during the event, emphasizing the pivotal role of the diaspora in fostering stronger ties between India and Australia.
