Vasudeva Kriya Yoga celebrates 10th IDY at Victorian parliament

Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, organized a special celebration of the 10th International Day of Yoga (IDY) at the Victorian parliament in Melbourne. The event attracted a distinguished gathering, including members of parliament, community leaders, and yoga enthusiasts.

Among the attendees were prominent figures such as leader of the opposition John Pesutto, Minister for Women of Victoria & Minister for Jobs and Industry Natalie Hutchins MP, Minister for Corrections Enver Erdogan MP, David Southwick MP, Brad Rowswell MP, Lee Tarlamis MP, John Mullahy MP, and Chris Crewther MP, along with Consul General Dr. Sushil Kumar.

The celebration highlighted the significance of yoga as a practice that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Participants engaged in a yoga session led by experts from Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, focusing on various yoga postures and breathing exercises aimed at enhancing health and inner peace.
