Yoga Day Celebration, Yoga Sessions for the community

Yoga Sessions: Yoga sessions led by instructors from Revive Yoga & Wellness and Vedanta Centre Yoga are specially tailored to you. From Vinyasa flow, Hatha Yoga, and Pranayama to calming Yoga Nidra practice, a wide range of classes are delivered that are suitable for all levels.

Workshop: Expand your knowledge of Ayurveda, the ancient ‘Science of Life’ and improve your health and wellbeing through the Session by Dr. Madhavi, a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association and the Australasian Association of Ayurveda.

Laughter Yoga: Discover your inner joy and transcend boundaries with Po Mei Kwong, a passionate Joy Coach, and Laughter Yoga Leader.

Kirtan (devotional singing):

Experience the bliss of singing in a session of kirtan, where the group repeats lines sung by leader Jagbir Singhji of Namdhari Sikh Society Australia Wellness Exhibitors: Explore a variety of market stalls showcasing wellness products, clothing, sustainable goods, and refreshments.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal of traditional Indian food cooked by volunteers of Maa Sarada’s Kitchen

Plus, we have a special treat for parents! We understand that attending a yoga class can sometimes be challenging when you have young children to care for. That's why we've organized a special program just for them!

While you join a yoga class, your children can enjoy a range of activities under the supervision of our experienced volunteers Shashi, Vrushali, and Stacey (all free).
