A Music Showcase Exposing and Connecting Talented Unsigned Artists to Brands, Film, and Music Labels Location: San Francisco- The Fillmore The Most Popular International Tourist Destination Beyond The Music Label® series is an unsigned musical artist showcase that will take place in the Fillmore District of San Francisco once a month. The series begins March 2010. Each month the performances will be of a different genre. Obtaining strategic partnerships, financial, and in-kind sponsorships from national, local businesses and organizations is key to the success of this venture. One of the most important and major steps in the planning process is obtaining support and collaboration from local businesses and organizations to offset some of the costs and/or functions associated with the series. Support and sponsorship of the Beyond The Music Label® will maximize exposure, enable organizations to diversify and reach their target audience, and bridge the gap between business and entertainment. Music is good for the soul and is the one medium that brings people together from all over the world. Following, you will find information outlining various sponsorship and support opportunities for the Beyond The Music Label® series. If you would like more detailed information regarding any support or sponsorship, we will happy to forward the information or meet with you at your convenience. If you are interested in sponsoring an additional event that complements this series, please let us know. By notifying us in advance of your desired support or sponsorship, you will be locked in as a sponsor, thus allowing your business to be included in early marketing for the event, as well as, providing ample time to include sponsorship in your budget plan. Some of the benefits of support and sponsorship for businesses are the exposure to a broad and socially diverse customer base, product exposure, and showing community support for an event to be held in San Francisco, one of the top destination spots in the world. Pitch: Beyond The Music Label Series® is a next-generation music series that utilizes social networking, internet marketing, television, mobile, and traditional entertainment/social networking events to expose emerging artists to local communities, brands, film makers, music labels, and corporations.

Sustainability: Beyond The Music Label® series will showcase bands representing a different genre each month. Four bands, Four songs. Bands must have a MySpace (or online music marketing site), Facebook page, and Twitter. Bands are selected based upon talent by an advisory committee made up of musicians, brand managers, film experts, music supervisors, and music label executives.

Target Audience: Young Professionals, Innovators, and Entrepreneurs ages 21- 50 Business Model: When tickets are sold, they will be sold for $10. 20% of proceeds will be split amongst the talent to help advance their careers. VIP tickets will be $20 and will include one cocktail. Advertising will be sold for cable broadcasts and a percentage of advertising dollars will go to support the bands. Sponsorships will help artists develop their brand, image, utilize new marketing techniques, and gain rapid exposure to consumers, corporations, film, and music executives.

Sales/ Marketing Strategy: Beyond The Music Label® series will be promoted using a combination of leading-edge marketing techniques available today and traditional visual and audio tools. Internet technology, mobile, and television will be used to market the Beyond The Music Label® series. The marketing campaign utilizes the networks of the bands performing, the venue, and professional networks of the sponsors as well as supporters. Benefit To The Artists: 1. A video recording of their performance 2. An audio recording of their performance 3. Each month one band from each genre will be chosen to have their song on a compilation CD to be sold online 4. Each Quarter one band which performed during the quarter will receive a makeover 5. Three bands will be chosen to have a 4 city tour sponsored 6. Four bands will have an opportunity to make their own music video 7. Six bands will be chosen will be chosen to have their photos taken by a top photographer
