Designed and created by Elevant-Garde (EVG), one of Hong Kong’s most innovative providers of smart and green buildingmanagement solutions, the Smart Home System is a secure wireless-sensor network that can help track the temperature, humidity, air quality, motion, lighting and door status of a property through an app. Residents can also set personal preferences, such as dimming the lights after 8pm, or turning on air conditioners when humidity levels reach 80%.

Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Pok Fu Lam, Scenic Villas attracts tenants and property owners interested in a smarter, more eco-friendly way of living. To help market the residential complex, Pokfulam Development Company Ltd partnered with Indigo Living. The apartments needed interiors that reflected the modern values, intelligence and efficiency of the new home system.

Next, they produced collateral materials for the developer: organising a photo shoot, designing a leaflet and co-hosting an event to introduce the property to interested parties.
