Hello! I’m Indira, a Project Manager with over 8 years of experience in project management, especially in the marketing area.
I have worked on independent projects and advertising and communication agencies that offer creative solutions to their clients. I am passionate about content creation, writing, and social media.
I have collaborated with various print and digital media, such as DeShopping in Texas, where I was editor-in-chief for a year; as marketing manager for Volkswagen dealerships and coordinating the communication area in political teams. Also, as a Strategic Planner in Marketing Agencies, developing projects for national and international brands.

CAR ONE VOLKSWAGEN
As the marketing manager of Volkswagen dealerships in the northern Tamaulipas border, I encountered the challenge of positioning the brand against the competition.
The main responsibilities and activities carried out include: Development of marketing strategies, brand management, market research, ATL and BTL advertising,

promotions, event organization, collaboration with suppliers, data analysis and performance, budget management, and media planning.

The organization of special events, such as new model launches, trade fairs, exhibitions, and community activities, were strategies used to promote the Volkswagen brand and generate interest in the dealership’s products and services.
The launch event for the redesign of the New Tiguan was a success with over 70 attendees and 4 sales.

Within the AR Marketing Agency, I worked as the head planner in the creation of a digital media outlet specialized in covering openings and launches events in the northeastern region of Mexico, offering services such as digital outreach, coverage, digital gift cards, and advertising for businesses through social media, websites, and a catalog of influencers and content creators in Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon.

ENTERATE REYNOSA PODCAST
As Head Planner of the official accounts of the mayor of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, we developed the first podcast of the Reynosa Government, producing the first episode called “El huésped sin invitación” (The Uninvited Guest), which is available on the Spotify platform.

As the social media coordinator for a digital agency, my main activities included creating social media strategies aligned with the objectives of each brand, data analysis and performance evaluation, as well as overseeing and collaborating with all departments of the team.
I was the company’s communication link with clients and responsible for showcasing progress and results.
I worked with local, regional, national, and international brands, such as Detergente Arcoiris, Trelleborg-Minnesota Rubber, Refaccionaria MaxCar, Melenas Regias, La Gorditera, as well as personal brands of insurance agents and public officials.

POLITICAL MARKETING
In the field of political marketing, I developed image and communication strategies that highlight the key messages of the candidate’s profile and establish a positive connection with the audience. I also managed the candidate’s brand effectively, provided advice on attire and body language, as well as conducted photo and video sessions and post-production of the same.
I monitored public image and perception, implemented crisis resolution strategies, and conducted periodic analyses of the effectiveness of the image strategy. As necessary, adjustments were made to improve the impact and perception of the candidate among the public.

EDITOR IN CHIEF ICP PUBLICATIONS
As the editor of De Shopping in Texas magazine, my responsibilities included a variety of tasks related to content production and management for the publication. This involved editorial planning, content selection, coordination and management of contributors, magazine design and layout, as well as brand promotion and public relations.





PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I participated in planning and execution projects in the graphic design and information gathering areas for the Municipal Development Plan 2019 and the First Government Report 2022 in the municipality of Reynosa.
