Taufiq Rochman Abstract Production planning is an important activity of the whole of production activity in the company. Planning stage is the first step be done to make production decision. Production planning with Bowman Transportation Method is planning model that matching between demand, capacity, inventory level and production cost. Advantage of this model is to determine production schedule with balancing between production variables and minimum total production cost.
