Mr. Shims Green Laser Alignment Tool comes with adjustable targets for handling sheaves of different thicknesses.

Formdrills form sturdy bushings that can be threaded to produce your own inserts. These built-in inserts are as strong or stronger as the same-diameter welded nuts. Process works in steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum up to 1/2” thicknesses. Standard UNC, UNF, NPT and Metric sizes are available up to 1.5” in diameter. It can easily be used in most Drill Presses, Milling Machines and CNC systems.
