- Sport England and BWSW work very closely - We will have Level 2 Wakeboard Coaches working at the wake park - Sport England help to fund a sporting program called Sportivate. We will use this program to offer special discounted taster sessions for kids aged between 8 and 18 years old. We can offer learn to wakeboard sessions from as little as ÂŁ5 using Sportivate. This is how we aim to take the sport to the youth of Liverpool - The Sportivate program opens up wakeboarding to a much wider demographic of people - Sport England and the BWSW have identified Liverpool as a key region to help develop the sport of wakeboarding and have made some capital funding available to aid the opening of Liverpool Wake Park
Local Staff At The Wake Park - The aim will be to train local people to work at the wake park - This year at Foxlake Adventures in Scotland we trained 6 local people who had never ridden a wakeboard before, to be fully qualified System 2.0 instructors in a 5-week period. We would like to run a similar program in Liverpool - There will be full time and part jobs available at the wake park

Liverpool Watersports Centre - Having researched each dock space in Liverpool South Docks, we feel that the best dock to use is Queens Branch Dock. - We would like to build a working relationship with Liverpool Watersports Centre & operate from there. - Below is a first draft idea of how two System 2.0’s would fit into Queens Branch Dock.
*Please note this is a first draft idea, it needs to be discussed in detail with Canal & River Trust and Liverpool Watersports Centre.
