CDM
CDM stands for The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. The CDM Regulations identify 5 Duty Holders – The Client (You), The CDM Co-ordinator, The Designer, The Principal Contractor and Subcontractors. As the person requiring the project to be done, you are the Client. Some of the duties you hold as a client can be delegated to the persons you appoint but ultimately you still have a legal duty to fulfill.
