SALES STRATEGY To begin with the we will be the only operational executives within the company which means we will both be picking up the phones and selling for approximately the first ÂŁ10k of sales. Once we have active contracts Dan will focus purely on the design and creative work and Matt will continue to work on generating sales. INTERN SCHEME Matt has had years of sales and marketing experience and has previously been charged with interviewing staff for similar roles. As a result he has already developed an exam to assess comprehension of the training materials and has a full sales manual ready to customise for Infinite Visions. Our goal is to form a remote team of sales interns who will be offered webinar training in digital marketing and sales from Matt. This will include social media exams, reference guides and practical examples. Once interns begin to sell they will be offered a tiered commission structure which allows them to earn a fair wage. Interns will decide how much time they wish to put into selling and will be mentored by Matt, they can work from home. We would hope to attract interns from university careers departments, the internship would provide good experience, good earning potential and flexible working hours - so we would hope to attract a team of at least 15 - 30 interns after the first year of trading. Having such a team selling around the clock and around the globe would surely ensure a healthy pipeline of sales. As reflected in our projections we would put a strong emphasis on building cash flow, which will allow us to award commission and bonuses to staff and interns. Continues... 5
WORKLOAD We have calculated that we can manage up to 8 projects at any given time without having to employ further full time salaried staff to support with graphic design and brand audits etc. The methods that we will use to ensure efficient management of the contracts will include online software and websites such as: Basecamp, SalesForce, Slack, Skype and FreeAgent. WORSE CASE SCENARIO In the scenario that sales do not reflect our already conservative projections ,we would adapt by broadening our services catalogue and lowering our prices to pick off the ‘low hanging fruit’. Reverting to this structure is a simple tweak to make and a safe back up, as we have both freelanced selling graphic design and web development projects for years together with relative ease and success. As soon as the cash flow stabilises we would reassess the model that we started with and react accordingly to build Infinite Visions to be acknowledged as a premium service for graphic and branding projects. In order to not miss out on web development business that will inevitably come about during sales calls or after a brand creation, we have already identified a network of reliable web development companies based in Bristol and Plymouth. We do not wish to dilute our service offering with development work, nor do we want to mar the quality of our service by taking on projects that are non strictly our strength.

OUR PORTFOLIO
7
SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTHS - We have plenty of experience of delivering the products - We know the industry well having been involved in one way or another over the past 5 years - Extremely high profit margin service offering - Does not require a physical office presence at first - A very slimline product offering that can be orchestrated and managed relatively easily by the founding partners - The business model and brand of Infinite Visions is very malleable and flexible, so can be modified as appropriate. - The financial model scales extremely well and if we ever need to expand due to demand our profit margins will remain healthy and could sustain paying extra salaries because of the high margin nature of the service. - The market is colossal, we can sell to any company or high profile individual in the world. - The market will never move on us and render our service invaluable. WEAKNESSES - Not yet established and therefore unknown. We do have a portfolio to display, but still need to do some regional marketing to get our name out there. - Because we are a small team to begin with people may not have as much confidence in us as a company compared to somebody with an already complete team.

OPPORTUNITIES - Matt wrote the sales manual for his old company and so this can quickly be customised to be used to provide valuable intern sales training to help grow the business - Doing some pro-bono work for a high profile member of a specific industry or profession. For example, a professional sportsperson. Then getting spin-off work from competitors or close connections to the client. It’s a great way to break into a sector, giving a solid example, in context, of what you can do for them and get recommendations. - Becoming a preferred supplier of a publishing office for graphic work and getting long term contracts designing publications or doing marketing and direct mail pieces for events companies. - Canvassing companies who are exhibiting in events worldwide. These are companies who are already invested in marketing themselves and are not afraid to invest further in ensuring that their brand stands out and is presented as well as possible among an exhibition floor of competitors. THREATS - Other companies undercutting us on price could be an issue. Although we are position ourselves as higher tier quality we may have to consider matching prices if sales slump because of price point.

MARKETING STRATEGY It is our intention to offer occasional pro-bono projects for high profile or influential clients in return for marketing exposure. This might be in the form of a series of solus emails, adverts or even a press release if appropriate. The advantages that would come out of this are: - A more attractive proposal for the prospect - A good name to have on our portfolio - High quality exposure and improved marketing reach - More traction within the client’s industry SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE We intend to make use of: Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ (possibly Facebook). Our social media networks will be used to showcase our portfolio of jobs and to promote blog posts about the importance of branding in business. This is by no means expected to work as a sales tool, but is a good way to establish yourselves as an organised company that has its finger on the pulse, which in turn provides confidence to any prospects who are checking out your site and setup before getting a quote. Although social media can be a good way to initiate a sales discussion, it is not a quick enough conversion rate to be considered a sales tool.
