One of the challenges, but also the source of great joy and surprise in the kitchen, is creatively pulling together combinations of flavours, textures and visual concepts to make something special.

I’d like to say it takes inspiration, experience and technical skills to work up a new range of chocolate gifts, but sometimes…maybe…it also just takes luck or serendipity.

EVENT: Opening Night of Pop Masters LOCATION: HOTA Images supplied by HOTA A swish launch was hosted for the first International exhibition to feature at the HOTA Gallery. The unique collection of works has never been seen in Australia before and features iconic artists Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Guests sipped on Veuve Clicquot at the pre-show cocktail party before viewing Pop Masters: Art from the Mugrabi Collection, New York. The exhibition is now available for public viewing for a limited time.

Over 200 corporates gathered for the first Young Professionals cocktail catchup at Nobby Beach’s social hotspot, Rubi Red. The rooftop was awash with the up-and-coming and some very established corporates and creatives, who enjoyed bubbles and canapes as they networked with each other. Cheers to 2023!
