3.Combine the membrane healing post with the fixture. By selecting the post, you need to know the system of the implant, volume of the bone graft and EB and IS implant have two types of height(1mm, 2mm) which this information can give good selection. 4. Proceed Bone graft.

5. Make model of the selected CTI- Mem. * Do not bend rapidity in the same area or it will fracture the CTI- Mem. D (Diameter)

6. Stable the CTI-Mem and combine the membrane healing cap or membrane cover cap with below 10 Ncm. With the gum height use suitable healing cap. Use cover cap for 2nd stage surgery. 7. Suture the gum.
