Here we are with a new issue rich in novelties and ideas for your Gelato shop. Here in Rubicone we are ready for a new year dedicated to Artisan Italian Gelato and you? With this powdered product you can make Gelato only using a Stand Mixer. You do not need a batch freezer! If you want to create new Gelato flavours you only have to add Flavouring Pastes to this delicate plain flavour. It is especially created to be used with silicon moulds, since it is such a liquid mix that it can easily fill up the mould without creating air bubbles.
