Ascot Racecourse

Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire makes it possible to hold a conference in the grandstand, an exhibition on the concourse or a team-building day in the parade ring!

With stunning parkland views across Windsor Great Park and the Berkshire countryside, Ascot adds prestige to any event with its fine facilities and superb Royal standard service. A choice of over 300 meeting rooms is available to organisers, along with 4,000sqm of exhibition space in the 27-metre high atrium of the Grandstand Galleria.

Large dining areas and event spaces for up to 3,000 guests plus additional areas around the course, such as the Old Paddock Lawns, Silver Ring and Parade Ring, provide even more opportunities for outdoor event space.

Aintree Racecourse

Newmarket Racecourse

Whether it's a summer party to reward colleagues or an autumnal assault course to encourage team-building, Newmarket Racecourse is a superb choice. Internal space features first-class furnishings. Externally, the views over the Suffolk countryside can be savoured from one of the many grandstand balconies and also form the backdrop for tank driving and other outdoor pursuits.

The maximum capacity here is 400 delegates for a theatre-style event. For a more intimate occasion consider the Royal Box; welcoming up to 50 guests, it has its own private terrace, a lift and cloakroom facilities. Kempton Park

Staying in Surrey, Epson Downs Racecourse is known throughout the world for its Derby Festival, which dates back to 1780.

Located just 30-minutes from central London, today's event and conferencing facilities at Epsom are excellent, with state-of-the-art audio-visuals, super service and support.

The M6 is close-by, Carlisle train station is just two miles away, there's ample free on-site parking and you'll have good technical support throughout too.
