The Dunavon

Coined in 1991, the term "gastropub" combines the words "gastronomy" and "pub" to emphasize the quality food aspect of these unique types of dining and drinking establishments.

Simply put, a gastropub focuses on not only good beer but quality food centred around local, seasonal ingredients.

One of which is The Dunavon,

a restaurant and gastropub situated in Dyce, just 6 miles from Aberdeen city centre. You can expect a relaxed dining experience with varied menus using Scottish produce sourced from the finest local suppliers. In addition to a vast range of handcrafted beers and ciders, a selection of whiskies

and gins, as well as an extensive wine list to complement your food. The Dunavon has 21 bedrooms, a

comfortable selection of tastefully decorated single and double rooms, all of which are en-suite,

feature a flat-screen TV, and

free high speed Wifi, as well as restaurant room service during opening hours.

Kings Arms Brentford

Today the Kings Arms is run by Joanne, who 34 years ago became the youngest-ever female licensee of a UK pub.

Her warm and friendly attitude has been a constant and thanks

to the pub’s refurbishment, you’ll be greeted with illustrated wallpapers, soft fabrics, warm colours and on-trend lighting.

You’re sure to be taken care of

with the range of cosy bedrooms available. The double, twin and

single rooms all feature free WiFi, modern ensuite bathrooms, and

include a Full English Breakfast.

The Restaurant has freshened up its approach to pub food, infusing the menu with classic and international flavours making use of only the best local produce. For dinner, the evening menu serves up range of starters, sharing platters and mains along a choice of homemade mezze, wraps, fajitas, and tasty burgers!
