The Rosemont is a spacious, three-storey Victorian guesthouse situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, in the centre of Yelverton village. A mere 15-minute drive brings guests to the Ocean City of Plymouth.

Accommodation includes eight individually decorated, en-suite bedrooms, each including free Wifi, a smart TV and a seating area. A hair dryer, iron, toiletries, and tea and coffee are also provided.

The Rosemont Guest House is self-catering and provides a newly-fitted communal eat-in kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Communal front and back garden areas are also open to guests. Additionally, the vibrant village of Yelverton boasts an array of shops, pubs, cafés, and restaurants.
