This July, the world's greatest players will be teeing off from the Old Course at St Andrew's in Fife as the 150th Open Championship takes place at the iconic golf resort. Record crowds are anticipated to the world-famous course that's described as a personal favourite by Tiger Woods. In fact, most players list St Andrew's as a favourite; it's not the most technically challenging but teeing off in front of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club is an intimidating moment for even the most experienced golfers.

Best Western Dartmouth Golf and Country Club

If you're looking for your own championship-style break where you combine a couple of rounds with comfortable accommodation and delicious dining, consider the Best Western Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. Wychwood Park

Championship tees and stunning Cheshire countryside awaits golfers and guests to Wychwood Park, considered one of the best inland courses in the North of England. Close to the town of Crewe, and surrounded by landscaped gardens, the 18-hole par 72 golf course is comprised of US PGA-specification greens, magnificent fairways, testing water hazards and protected wildlife areas.

Accommodation at this contemporary hotel consists of deluxe rooms with views over the course. If you're looking for something a little bit special, The Collection creates the perfect private space for family and friends to come together. Consisting of three stylish suites,
