THE CREATOR Luca Naitana is a nutritionist and a biologist with degrees in Biology (Biological Nutrition) and the Science and Technology of Herbal Products who works professionally throughout Italy. In 2009, he served as the nutritional consultant at the Sports Medicine and Science Institute in Coni. He engages in public speaking and writes articles about health, vitamin intake, and wellbeing. He created the Wellbeing Method based on his own experiences and the results of his own work, and he co-authored “La Dieta Wellbeing” (“The Wellbeing Diet”) with Anna Masi, published by Giunti Editore.

ANTIAGING The Antiaging proposal of the Wellbeing Method is based on nutritional combinations that lead to the production of precious substances, the “sirtuins”, or the first longevity genes discovered in humans. Thanks to the choice of specific foods and correct cooking methods, as well as the right combinations and meal time, our body is able to release these precious substances more easily.
