SIGNAGE ON STABLES

Please note that Inglis will supply a pedigree for each lot in the lot card holder on each stable door. Vendors are permitted to display further promotional material on the stable, but these must be attached using double sided tape ONLY. The use of nails, staple guns and screws will not be permitted as these damage the stables.

FIRST AID

There is a first aid room located adjacent to the stable manager’s office behind the main toilet/shower block. A medical professional will be on site during all inspection and sale days. Should you require medical assistance during the sale please see the attendant at the first aid room or in the case of an emergency contact Colin Brown on 0413 148 956.

STAFF FACILITIES

The sales complex possesses a well-equipped amenities block with showers and changing facilities for your convenience. We would encourage staff to use these facilities after completing their morning work with the horses to alleviate the need to return to offsite accommodation.

ONSITE SECURITY

Guards will patrol the grounds throughout the sale from Sunday 17 April. A list of vendor contact numbers has been given to our security firm who will contact your designated staff member or yourself if necessary.

BUSINESS CENTRE

The Business Centre is located near Reception. Please ask Reception for directions if required.

CATERING

There are a number of catering outlets available during the sale.

BLACK CAVIAR BAR

A full bar will be in operation on Thursday 21 May.

SNACK BAR

The snack bar will be open from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Tuesday 19 April for the duration of the sale. The snack bar is located off the restaurant.

TEA & COFFEE

Tea and coffee facilities are located next to the snack bar and will be open each day from 6:30am from Tuesday 19 April or the duration of the sale.

RESTAURANT

Breakfast is available in the Restaurant from Tuesday 19 April and opens daily from 7:00am.

Lunch is available from Tuesday 19 April for the duration of the sale and is available from 11:30am to 3:30pm.

Please note: If you would like to open an account with our caterer, a seperate email will be sent with a Vendor Register letter from Margate Catering which needs to be completed and emailed through as outlined in the letter.
