Ordering an Office 365 Subscription with a New Tenant
In this example, we will guide you through the steps required to order Office 365 subscriptions with monthly billing to a new tenant.
1 Once logged in, click on ‘Microsoft Office 365’ from the Cloud Services dropdown menu

About Payment Methods Ingram Micro Cloud provides a variety of payment methods in Europe, including: Credit Card, Wire Transfer and Direct Debit. Default Payment Methods: • Credit Card • Wire Transfer • Direct Debit Credit Card A credit card payment is a payment that is directly charged from the bank account that the credit card is connected to. The funds will be deducted from the payer’s account at the time of purchase. For monthly recurring licenses and services, the funds will be deducted on a monthly base. Yearly subscriptions will be deducted on a yearly base. Each bank has its own policy of deducting the funds from the account at a certain time. Wire Transfer A wire transfer or bank transfer is a way of transferring funds from one bank to another. The wire transfer will take place once the payee (the one who needs to receive the payment) has provided the wire transfer details to the payer (the one who needs to the pay the funds). The payer has to send the funds via electronic bank transfer to the account details of the payee within a specified timeframe. The timeframe is generally set within the payment terms and conditions determined by the payee. Direct Debit Direct Debit allows for the funds to be transferred automatically from the payer’s bank account on or before the payment due dates. In order to start with Direct Debit, a Mandate form has to be signed by the payer to confirm authorization. Once the Mandate has been authorized, payments will be made via Direct Debit from that moment onwards.

Reseller Control Panel The Reseller Control Panel is a rich tool to help you manage your customers’ services and solutions including account and billing management.
After activating your account, you will see the Control Panel link as shown in the screenshot on the right. Click that link to log in to the Reseller Control Panel
There are two interfaces within the Reseller Control Panel: Operations and Billing.
Operations The Operations interface handles back-end provisioning and is the default view when you log in to the Reseller Control Panel. This option is seldom used by resellers; you will most often click on the Billing button at the top, right-hand side of the page to navigate to the Billing interface.
