Sponsored for the very first time by the United Aviation Group, the South African Derby is a mainstay of the equestrian calendar and an event that is looked forward to with much anticipation throughout the year.

Brave horses, impossible fences, the glitz and glamour of the riding world set against the fierce completion for the ultimate prize in SA Show jumping, the title of Derby winner. This incomparable event takes place from the 30th of September to the 3rd of October 2021 at Kyalami Equestrian Park.

Commencing on 30 September, the multi-disciplined Derby will no doubt see tougher competition than ever before, leaving the horse-lover wanting more, says Show Director Heather Mpofu.
