Creatin the pla book was about desi nin , intentionall , how we wanted the inlumi experience to be. It was important work that needed to be real, totall inclusive and not top down. We wanted to do it ri ht and to learn rom others. So, we measured who were the most connected influencers in our or anisation and mobilised them as a culture squad to steer the process. We asked each other what was important, how we elt about the compan , the work we do and, importantl , how we wanted it to eel as well as how it did eel. We asked our clients and our partners. We ran workshops and reside chats. We captured it all.
