The Mojo of life is all about us, in food we eat, the water we drink the air we breath; Mojo is life itself. Yes, baby, all growth in nature, all plants, flowers, trees is due to the exchange of the life giving Mojo of the sun. If this were lacking, nothing would have life. The vitality of the sun is stored in the earth itself. The earth is made of Mojo, and this is what we must learn to tap in order to be young forever.

Say after me “I am a battery charged with Mojo” You are a Mojo battery. The charge of the battery is called your personal Mojo. Everyone is charged with Mojo power. Awakening this Mojo is the key.

Every particle of the human body is charged with Mojo. Without it, the body cannot exist. Yet, in most people these forces and energies are asleep.

Your Mojo

Mojo has its basic foundations in nature. Mojo is not confined within the body. It expands like radio signals from a beacon. The expansion is limited only by the imagination. So we can send Mojo to sick friends, war torn countries and troubled people. One person can impact another with their personal Mojo in both positive and negative ways. We know the powerful effect of attraction and repulsion. We are aware of the presence of others that we cannot see. This power transmits itself. Our Mojo can heal the world. When two people are drawn together based on Mojo attraction they do not separate. Personal Mojo is inherent, natural, one hundred percent real.

There is no substitute for Personal Mojo Depressions and negative thinking kill Mojo. Then we feel exhausted. So we need to look after it. You can get false Mojo easily. Food with lots of sugars and starch make you feel like you got Mojo but, you get sick and it fluctuates day to day. You can also get false Mojo from being rich. You know you can get a million dollars and wear all the gold chains. That makes your ego feel like you are important. And you get a big surge of Mojo because you can feel powerful. But, that’s not real Mojo. It’s like plastic in the fire, just melts when you turn your back. Another false source of Mojo is spirituality. When people do Yoga or become born again, they are excited and feel mojo filled. But they burn out eventually. It’s not real.

Your Mojo

Making More Mojo To make more Mojo we must first stop the leaks and then learn to store it. We may store away Mojo just as the storage battery stores away electricity. One who has mastered the science of storing away Mojo, either consciously or unconsciously, radiates vitality and strength. It is a Mojo which is felt by those coming into contact with you and gives you increased vitality and health. Mojo Mind Coolness can be acquired. Break the habits of the body, regulate thoughts, steady the eye and calm the mind. Add techniques of breathing and graceful, steady poise and you have created Mojo in abundance. Freedom from restlessness is not stiffness or fixed position. Relaxation is the basis of ease, polish and grace. There is a power in correct relaxation and it is certainly not laziness. Calmness is not achieved watching television, slouching on the couch or sitting bent spine in a coffee shop. Calmness means quiet with straight spine. Some people call this meditation. We say it’s an all day way to be filled with Mojo.

Exercise for Mojo Between 20 and 40 minutes a day, with the heart rate at 50-60% MHR (maximum heart rate) is essential. Best done in the morning. Exercise increases the circulation, forcing more blood into the veins and heart. It stimulates the lungs into greater efficiency. The best exercise consists of varied, fun and enjoyable activities.


Power Mojo Rests This skill is known to a few, but could be the most valuable to modern society. Power rests means the ability to stop at any time, close your eyes and enter a deep calm. This can last for 10 minutes and is almost the same as sleep. However, if properly performed power rests can substitute sleep at the rate of 10 minutes of power rest equaling 1 hour of sleep. This does not alleviate the need for night sleep, but simply reduces the time required for it. Mojo Power Sleeps We need sleep. However, we need good sleep more than long sleep.

Your Mojo Mojo Head Space When your mind is calm you feel in control. Peace of mind is a choice. When your mind is calm and your body is relaxed, your immune system and therefore your health is at a peak. When you honor your body, it is in a relaxed and alert state so that focus and concentration are possible. You will radiate that vibrancy and vitality that attracts people. Clarity and of mind is certainty reflected in your appearance and speech.

Happiness is Mojo Self worth is important in this. Whatever makes a person more valuable to themselves will make them more valuable to others. Measure the value of your life by the compassion and intent of your life, not by the materials accumulated, or the outcomes built. Intent is the mother of life, not result.

Have the bedding at the right temperature for you. Sleep on your back if possible.

Breathe Mojo Deep We are constantly inhaling and extracting Mojo from the air. In ordinary breathing, we absorb and extract a normal supply of Mojo, but by controlled and regulated breathing (generally known as Yogi breathing) we are able to extract a greater supply which is stored away in the brain and nerve centers to be used when necessary.

Read great thoughts. The reading of an inspired thought will often change a whole life. The truth divides the future of each person into three parts; possibilities, probabilities, and certainties on the positive side; and into three other parts on the dark side - impossibilities, improbabilities, and certainties the last being certainties of life’s failures. Focus your mind on that which stimulates your excitement and interest. Ignore that which is pre packaged. Imitation is no life. Look for the experience that awakens your own spirit. There are two sides to everything and you can, with that awareness choose to know both but focus your mind of the good news.

Bad foods can poison the intestine, aggravate the intestine-- poison the body and mind of the individual. Do not be mistaken by the concept of organic foods. Organic foods are sometimes the most dead and toxic of all because they are grown in soils that have not been properly nourished. Chemicals are not bad, only excess is bad. Food that is highly processed, frozen, dehydrated, re heated, or stored for more that 24 hours after preparation, is dead, it has no Mojo.

When we are young, our spine is strong and vertical. With work, injury, sport, excessive reading and lack of attention the upright spine becomes inflexible and bent. Few people above the age of 30 are free from this deterioration in the spine.

Do not over eat.

Don’t eat nightshades. (potato, mushroom, eggplant, raw garlic and onion)

The Mojo of youth is seen in a straight spine. A straight spine delivers blood to the brain and keeps the organs of life in high function mode. A straight spine also aids proper breathing and keeps the vitality of breath at its best.

Beware of excess sugar and sweets

Beware of excess coffee, tea, alcohol, tobacco and in the other stimulants.

Beware of processed food.

Don’t eat animal organs.

Avoid excessively hot or cold food or drink.

Minimize spicy sauces, spices, additives.

Avoid over cooked food.

Never eat re heated food from past meals

Avoid food that is kept warm in food shops

Avoid microwaved food

Avoid food that has been frozen, dehydrated or looks poorly (like organic apples that look like someone played baseball with them before serving them)

Develop the habit of upright posture. Check whether your chest sags down when you sit. If so, raise it as high as possible without raising the shoulders. Keep the shoulders central and natural, Hold this position when you eat, read, sleep, walk, talk and when you are driving. Make it a habit.

Mojo in the Belly. When the neck muscles weaken, abdominal muscles weaken and the abdomen begins to sag carrying with it the internal organs. The pot belly on so many men is not the true reflection, not of old age, but of the collapse of the vitality of youth. Ask yourself whether your abdomen points forward. If so pull it in with muscle force. If the muscles are not strong enough then help them with support until you can dispose of the support. After a while the strength will return and it will become a natural position. Women who suffer incontinence and distended abdomen have lost the vitality of youth. Learn to life the lower portion of the body up and in. It is a daily habit


to become a part of your body memory like holding your head up. Learn to lift the body from within. It is achieved at first by lightly clenching the sphincter of the anus and straightening the spine with chest lifted. Young people have firm abdomens, so model them. 95% of people over the age of 20 have collapsed vital muscles in the lower area of the body. Model youth. The surrender to age is so much dependent on habit because with the above habits the vitality, vigor, freshness and brilliance of youth will be maintained. Also remember that we are not speaking about the exterior muscles of the abdomen as are activated in sit ups. We are talking about inner muscles, core muscles which are activated in leg ups with the lower back firmly planted on the floor (no arch between the lower spine and the floor) Stretching the upper neck long will also stimulate the heart, vitalize it’s action, send warming blood to the extremities of the body and reflects youthful vitality.

People admire cool self-possessed presentation; they dislike active nervous people who try to carry everything before them as a storm. Coolness allows us to be most powerful by allowing us to think more rapidly, carrying more intensity and concentration in thought. The speaker is not only holding Mojo, he or she is collecting more, generating it by slowly tensing and soon it is felt in the voice. The presenter who stores and builds their mojo is in an increasingly powerful position while keeping perfect control. Always speak to possibility. Even in your private moments. Practice between performances. Speak in private as you would speak in public.

Mojo in the Voice - Hey Baby‌ Mojo people are known by their walk. Fast walking is a rapid generator of Mojo. This is one of the most powerful generators of dynamic Mojo available. It takes a little practice but it will become natural with time. Jarring the spine will result in lost Mojo and aging. It exhausts the natural Mojo of the body. We suggest that when walking or running the heel does not jar to the ground. Almost like walking or running lightly. This conserves huge amounts of vitality - mojo - and gives even the lowest athlete an advantage.

We mainly communicate with each other by the eyes and voice tone. This is the way we convey our personal Mojo too. In 90 percent of communication the voice tone conveys our Mojo. This is not just through the words spoken but mainly the tone, feeling and projection of the voice. Merely by adopting the habit of maintaining an open throat and a pleasing manner of speaking, keeping a smile on the face, a transformation in personal communication can take place in a single day.


A Clear head creates Mojo. Shyness, bashfulness, diffidence, timidity, pronounced fear are all hostile to personal Mojo. This lack of confidence reflects in un-magnetic attitudes such as self loathing, loathing to others, anger, bitterness, etc These kill Mojo instantaneously. Learning how to say no, to be independent of the opinions of others, to be truthful and honest with others and self, this is vitality in the making. This is the core of personal mojo ……………… baby.

Your Mojo Focus baby Focus. Undue emotion is the enemy of personal Mojo. Conserve, compact, unify and reinforce your thinking. Give your mind purpose otherwise emotion will take over. Emotion is energy in motion but, apart from the actor, this serves little purpose. Normal emotions are naturally rhythmic and tend to harmonize. The vital person is richly endowed with emotional capacity, but they hold it in check. They feel the emotions of life but never act or react to them. Nor do they swallow emotions and therefore become ill. They process emotion. Emotions are caused by imbalanced thoughts, right without wrong. There is no event, situation or circumstance on earth with more positive than negative. They are always in perfect balance. This knowledge creates automatic self control and no waste of Mojo force.

When the nerves and the muscles are lax they are inactive and unprepared they are devoid of life expression and drain mojo. On the opposite scale when the nerves and muscles are rigid through fear or worry, they are gripped so tight they inhibit any mojo too. Between these two extremes there is a state of nervous and physical preparation which is ready for action, excited about opportunity, joyful in anticipation but not activated into action. The nervous system is excited and invited but the muscles are not gripped in tension. Nerve tensing involves the nerves but not the muscles. It is the increase in the nervous flow. That means it is the change in tension that creates Mojo and not the achievement of some final state of muscular shape.


Other general hints for the development of Personal Mojo v

Your habits create or destroy your vitality. Excesses cause loss of vitality. Anything that causes fatigue causes loss of Mojo.

Wet clothing -- electricity is the basis of Mojo thus dampness, being a good conductor of electricity, will lead electricity -- Mojo away from your center.

Thin shoes -- the nerves of the feet are so close to the ground that thin shoes destroy the vitality of the nerves. Standing on cold or damp ground, or walking on wet ground with thin soled shoes is a sure means of getting the body out of order and directly causing a loss of vitality.

Spices. Rich spices such as gravies, condiments, pastry. The real test of food is revealed in an analysis of the body itself. The elements present are those required in food. Anything else is foreign.

Over eating. Most people eat to much. A plain diet is far better than a complex one. Rich foods are antagonistic to the digestion and weaken magnetic energy.

The closer we can come to minimized, plain eating, the greater will be the powers of life.

Eat sparingly at all times, particularly when preparing to use your magnetic power.

Ice water will decrease the action of the heart, respiration, and stomach, hindering digestion.

Excess water. If water is taken in large volumes in short periods of time it will flood the digestion and extinguish the magnetic fire. Only sip water a mouthful at a time.

Stimulants cause a reduction in Mojo. They are substitute vitality. Coffee etc

Excessive external heat. The warmer the room in which you live the less heat will be generated by the body. If the body is cold, the body will, under normal circumstances, activate and provide its own heat.
