-­‐As a Designer/Coordinator, I maintain department files, schedules, prepare expense reports and presentations, recruit/hire, and manage both information technology and advertisement. I am also responsible for room set-­‐up and design of 1,000 s q. ft. of interior office space. Using AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

software, I prepare construction drawings and renderings. Academy of Art University – Project Designer/Administrator (School of Architecture) San Francisco, CA

-­‐As a Project Designer/Administrator, I maintained company files, prepared expense reports and presentations, kept track of the department's budget, and February 11 -­‐ January 12 scheduled meetings amongst other duties as assigned. I was Project Lead for Spring Show and coordinated all planning and design for the event. I also designed and produced schematic hand drawings of the interior space (approximately 2,567 sq. ft.). I finalized drawings via AutoCAD, and Photoshop. While working on-­‐site, I managed a group of fourteen workers. R+S Construction -­‐ Designer Houston, TX/Franklin, LA -­‐As Designer, I produced both hand and computer aided schematic drawings of small offices and residential buildings. I also contributed to design development; January 06 – May 10 using programs like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUP. Other responsibilities included maintaining the front desk, answering phone lines, estimation of materials, filing invoices, amongst other duties as assigned. I also worked on site, managing a team of four workers. LSU -­‐ Teacher Assistant (School of Architecture) Baton Rouge, LA -­‐ As a teacher assistant, I taught a class of twelve first year architecture students, fundamental techniques and basic studio practices while encouraging each August 09 -­‐ December 09 student to explore contemporary issues and discuss formal and conceptual ideas related to space and form. I also aided in the development of each student's basic skills in architectural design drawing and modeling.
