According to Hindu mythology Patanjali, founder of the Yoga Sutras more than five thousand years ago, defined Yoga to mean “Union with Divinity.” Yoga Sutras are metaphysical scientific scriptures. Ashtanga Yoga are the eight limbs of Yoga – the pathway to Divinity.
In modern age, Divinity refers to God/Goddess/All That Is. Out of the eight limbs, four limbs are of the physical body (within space/time dimension). The other four limbs are metaphysical (beyond space/ time dimension). Physical limbs are Self Restraint (Yama), the second Self Discipline (Niyam), the third is Posture (Asana), and the fourth is Regulating Breathing (Pranayama). The four Metaphysical Limbs are: Coming Home (Pratyahara), Beliefs (Dharana), Expanding Consciousness (Dhyana), and Transcendence (Samadhi).
Yoga practice can begin linearly but should evolve to work exponentially, cohesively, and coherently- not one at a time but together. The whole is greater than the sum of parts and that creates the resonance. Resonance is creating union with Divinity. You are neither body nor mind, the “I” drops out and the remainder is “Amness.” Finally, Amness and it merges into Cosmic Consciousness/Divinity/God/Goddess/All That Is.
The drop of water travels to the cloud, to the rain, to the stream, to the river, and finally merges with the ocean. The drop of the water is the ocean, and the ocean is the drop of the water. Or as the poet, Rumi so beautiful put it: “You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop.”
Now is the time to move beyond the physical limbs of Yoga to the metaphysical limbs of Yoga.
Join us for the Workshop/Meditation of the Metaphysical Limbs of Yoga in May 2025, at the Mehta Metaphysical Center.
The Center created by Vipin Mehta is a 15,000 sq. ft. metaphysical wonderland. Why a wonderland? Because guests of the Center literally stand in wonder to all he has created and are fascinated by his wisdom, passion, and understanding.
Workshops are held in the Consciously Creating Creativity Gallery. This beautiful gallery houses the metaphysical masterpieces that Vipin has created based on his latest book of Consciously Creating Creativity.
Meditations are typically held in The Crystal Temple of Global Healing. It is home to the Rose Quartz Crystal “Flame of Love” creating a powerful resonance of Love, Compassion & Caring to create Global Healing. This temple also showcases digital paintings of the Global Healing Trilogy. It also houses, likely, one of the largest Rose Quartz Flames in the world! Named the Rose Quartz Flame of Love, inspiring us to Rise in Love rather than to fall into it.
Meditations begin with the beautiful melodic sounds from the Crystal Sound Bowls of Amy Anthony. After meditations, the Center is open and guests meander throughout the many galleries at their eisure while others participate in some of
the healing modalities available.
Some visit Ted, the highly trained Vibrational Intuit for a Biopulsar Test. Clients place their hand on the gold prongs of the device which correlate to the acupressure points of the hands, and relate to the 49 organs of the body. Ted consults and guides the client through the results of the test, which are revealed on his laptop. They can visually see where they currently stand energetically based on the colors flowing out of the energetic body, and also the percentages of each Chakra!
From there, an aha moment might lead a guest to have a conversation with Heidi Bromm, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner, and Professionally Certified Hypnotherapist. Heidi, can help clients change patterning that they have not been able to consciously change on their own. Beyond Quantum healing, also available through Heidi, can help clients gain understanding of their past and can help them find a new direction, and even equip them for their self-healing journey.
Others visiting the Center may connect with Stephanie Ray. She is the Center’s Tachyon Specialist. Clients can enjoy a comforting experience of sitting in what looks to be the most comfortable recliner, in a room that even has tachyonized paint on the walls. Clients are covered with a tachyonized banket and with headphones placed over their ears and are able to escape the chaos of their lives for a 20-minute session that is said to raise their frequency to a new baseline and leave them feeling as if they were held in the most beautiful unconditional state of love.

This image, courtesy of AJ of @Legacy_art_co, celebrates the unique talents and connections that define our yoga community.
When I moved to the Space Coast five years ago, I found myself in a new place, knowing no one. Instead of seeing it as a challenge, I embraced the opportunity to grow, both personally and in my yoga practice. I pursued my yoga training in Cocoa Beach, which eventually led me to teaching at Kula Yoga, Merritt Island.
This photo, taken in Cocoa Beach by the talented photographer from Dark Waters Media, was taken at a pivotal moment in my yoga journey. It represents a shift where yoga became more than just a physical practice—it became emotional and spiritual.
Since then, I’ve experienced the incredible strength of our yoga community, learned so much, and witnessed profound positive changes in my life, including in my parenting and relationships. I’m endlessly grateful for this journey and the connections I’ve built along the way.
